Got two # 7 combos a burger with double pattie and fries. The fries cooked Beef tallow taste way better. I don’t feel as bad indulging once in a while. The Burger was really good to get it all the way. +AAA

I can’t say enough about this place. Burgers are great, and the fries are fried in beef Tallow. Unbelievable taste and crunch, and the shakes, so thick and tasty. This will remain one of my favorite places to go for a burger and the best fries ever in my 52 years on the planet.

My boyfriend ordered our food through Uber Eats and he ordered a burger and fries and for me a Dr Pepper and a chili 5 way. My chili 5 way did not come, we didn’t get a straw or any napkins or anything and the fries were extremely stale. When i called them to see if they could do something about it the lady with a nasty attitude told me there was nothing they could do that it has to do with Uber Eats even though they are the ones you didn’t put in my food and it said it on the receipt and everything. I know there’s possibilities of the driver taking it but I always get onions on my 5 way and it always has a very strong smell and the bag didn’t smell at all. Extremely disappointed especially because we waited 20 minutes and I hadn’t eaten all day.

We’ve been to this location several times over the last couple of years and the quality of the food has plummeted. Most of the time they get our order wrong or are missing an item. Steak n Shake has become steadily more expensive over the last few years and I shouldn’t be paying this much money for subpar food that isn’t made correctly. I don’t want to return ever again.

Well this is my first time ever having a steak and shake experience. I have to admit the burgers were delicious and the fries are amazing. The milkshakes were good too. Everything was prepared quickly and expertly. Everything is ordered through a kiosk now so you have to pick up your own food.

The best Steak ‘n Shake that I’ve visited! I like to take the grandkids to S’nS because they are following healthier food practices, such as no seed oils and HFCS. This one has the most delicious food and great, friendly service. It’s also pretty close to where I pick up the kids, so it’ll be the go to for dinner
