Very affordable and delicious. Burger and sides were steaming hot and the seasonal pumpkin pie shake was killer. If I see another location I would stop in a heartbeat. Well worth the money.

They really gave me a burnt burger that looks reused. It’s soggy! I normally don’t have an issue with them. It took like 15 minutes in the drive through. I waited this long for this? A random bell pepper is on it and everything.

I’ve never been to a Cook Out that cheats you out of portion size. I received my tray with this kids size portion of fries. I asked for more fries and was told that’s the amount that comes with it. I ordered an additional fry to make up for what I was cheated out of and was given half of what should be in there also. This location does not give you the food you pay for.

When you see the workers are just too busy talking instead of focusing on the order, they give you half of your order, and when you ask for the rest of tour food, you have to show your receipt, then they get an attitude, make the food, and throw the bag at the cashier like they never wanted to be there, I’d rather not come back ans support. Needs better management plus the inspection score of 85 is showing why I will never enter this establishment.

Attitude HORRIBLE!! The night manager im guessing with the short, thin, bob cut locs, SIR!!! Your attitude for sure is bad!! All 3 drinks were WRONG, didnt receive straws or napkins, had to ask for condiments several times! I ordered 2 chicken strip trays & 1 tray had 2 strips, sides were missing & the ones we received were incorrect!! They gave my niece 4 onion rings, all hard, burnt, cheese bites burnt, dried out! A waste of money & time!

My hubby and I were out late night and needed dinner. So happy we stopped here. I ordered 2 trays with 1/4 burger, cheddar style. My sides corn dog & cheddar bites. Hubby’s sides were Quesadila and fries. These trays are like 2 meals and I love them. They also come with large 32oz drinks. I drove off and realized they put fries instead of my cheddar bites. That was really annoying because there was a little line. I told them at drive thru about mistake and they must have cooked them immediately because they were cold by the time I got to the window. They were still good but would have been better hot. The burger was so fresh and good!! The fries were fresh and hot too. Definitely a great delicious meal. Can’t wait to go back!

I went here with my sister-in-law after we went to the Georgia Aquarium. It’s obviously not the best restaurant in the world, but it’s an excellent alternative to more ordinary fast food restaurants. Their chicken sandwiches are pretty nice and the selections for their cook out trays are very good. Not to mention the shake selection is miles ahead of even Steak ‘n Shake.

1st time at a cookout and last time patronizing this one! We told the drive thru attendant twice we needed time to explore menu (nobody was behind us) && a 2nd person still came across the intercom rushing us. My friend felt uncomfortable and decided we should go in. The front counter attendant was respectful, but store was dirty: spilled drink at condiment station, over packed trash, dirty tables.
Food was poorly packaged! They didn’t gaf! Milkshake was disgusting.
