The hot dog pretzel bites and pepperoni pizza bites were pretty bad. All 3 kids thought that it was bad enough not to go there again.
Cinnamon pretzels were fresh and delicious. Not sure why I was not allowed to buy regular pretzels only bites – and at an up charge! Overall, pretty disappointed

The cheddar cheese was pretty solid. You had to “dig” to get any out!
Pretzels were flat. A FLAT pale pretzel.
I could have had a dinner for 2 somewhere for the price I paid.
I thought since it was busy it would be good. Waited until it slowed down and ordered. First they gave me the wrong order.

The pretzels at this location are still good, but my lord the prices are high. This isn’t just exclusive to this Wetzel’s pretzels either. I went to the Wetzel’s pretzels in the Walmart off of Magee and La Cholla, and it was just as expensive. One regular soft pretzel, two cheddar cups, and one soft drink cost me almost $16. I love the pretzels here, but the prices are just way too high for what you get. The blue eyed male employee provides great customer service though. Otherwise the customer service here is hit and miss.

Look the prices I get the mall is gouging all these places in here so they have no choice to overcharge that’s why this really is not an outlet mall anymore. The food is good for what you get but the prices could be better yes but the employees don’t make them. The staff are all amazing and everything was fresh. And please, the owner of this location or whoever in the corporate headquarters. Do not blame this review on the employees this is a corporate or an owner’s responsibility.

We ordered pretzels and they were dried out. My daughter didn’t want me to make a scene but I told her for what I spent it shouldn’t be dried out and should have flavor I am very disappointed because they were good when I visited Tucson last year.

Normally this is my favorite place and location to get a pretzel. Whenever I go to the outlet mall, I always get one. This time was so disappointing. It was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday so maybe they were slow, but our two pretzels were not only slightly burned but also dried out like they were sitting there. Even one of our cheese containers had burnt cheese in it. Factoring in the price on top of the quality, it made it an even worse experience. Maybe it’s still good during peak times, but wouldn’t recommend during slow ones.

Not worth the money. I should have gone elsewhere. Combo Pricing not clear. I could have gotten a slice of pizza and a soda from Barros pizza for 6.00 at Arizona Pavillion and Cortaro. I won’t be back. The quality is not that great here at Wetzels and as mentioned not worth the money.

Went in the other day with my wife and daughter got a #2 and a 3# and it costs us $30 which is a lot for pretzels and there are other places that are cheaper and better here in Tucson. Also they don’t have prices listed which is illegal and will be forwarding to dept. Of weights and measures. Won’t be back after this.
