The food was delicious and served piping hot—there’s truly nothing better than fresh McDonald’s fries! They accurately got our order, and the staff was both professional and friendly.
We were especially impressed with the kids’ play area; our little ones had a blast in the Play House. The restaurant layout also stood out as well-designed and welcoming. Highly recommend for families!

Went through the drive thru on a very busy Friday night. Honestly the best McDonald’s I have been to in quite some time. Fast friendly service and the food was exceptional! Thanks!!!

Usually I don’t have high expectations when I eat at McDonald’s but this time my experience was so bad I just had to write a review.
When you use the app to order you can’t use the app to correct any mistakes, it needs to be done with the location.
I used the app to order a meal and a hot latte but their espresso machine was out so the manager basically said I could come back for a replacement.
When I ate my meal, there was bacon missing from my burger, the French fries were cold and stale, not fresh at all. And the unsweetened Iced tea I ordered was sweet.
So I go back the next day to have them give me the correct order and the last comes out with a cold latte with caramel syrup on the bottom of the cup.
I told her, this was supposed to be hot with just espresso, that’s it.
Then she comes out with two of the exact same wrong drinks.
I said nevermind and just took the two wrong drinks.
And then when I ate my meal, the sandwich did not taste good and the fries were cold and stale and not fresh.
With the economy the way it is, employees seem to just not care. And I can understand that, but this is the last time I’m going to this location.

It’s a McDonald’s… it’s everything you thought it would be, and even some of what you hoped it wouldn’t be. Going inside is a huge mistake, but the drive thru isn’t much better if you still have to come inside because they got your order wrong anyways. Going inside leads you to a bunch of unhappy customers and unhappy employees, and no one wants to see that. Only eat fast food, like McDonald’s, when there isn’t another option, and usually regret it. Just go next door to Zaxby’s, you’ll be happier

I paid almost 13 dollars for two breakfast bagels in the Drive-Thru.. I get home. There’s one bagel and one biscuit. Not even correct. I’ve tried to call the facility three times. The first call someone picked up and hung up the second two calls . I get an answering machine.. they can’t even answer the phone to get an attempt to get it fixed or and I’m sorry or something. ..unreal !

Terrible costume service and management They are supost to open at 7am. I’m pregnant, with a toddler to change a dipper, we bought our breakfast at 6:50am and was waiting until 7:05 to use the restroom, but the manager didn’t want to open the hall to us, we told the cashier the situation, she’s kwon we was waiting, but they didn’t care!

Ordered a caramel frappe with no whipped topping, was handed one with topping. When I gently reminded the girl behind the counter (curly black hair and grey sweatshirt walking around half slumped over like she’s on something) that I needed no whipped topping, she thunked the wrongly prepared drink on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked away. When I addressed this to the manager on duty, I got a sheepish “I’m sorry sir” in response.

The staff here figures that the self service machines means they can ignore customers standing at the counter. Literally three separate employees shot me and the other customer at the counter contemptuous gazes before ignoring us.
They then got mad at us asking for the code to the bathroom for our kids. The whole thing ended with a staffer calling out “If you weren’t going in there to OD we wouldn’t have to lock them.”
Did this person just accuse children, pre-teen children, of shooting drugs?!?!?!

I know I shouldn’t expect much. However- service is horrendous. The girl at the window slammed the window without so much of an acknowledgment (aside from telling me my total). Then went as far to mock me through the glass when I said “thank you”. Called the manager on duty who was uninterested In my complaint. Called the number on the window with no response. I’ll go out of my way to chick fil a next time.
