Absolutely terrible experience at Konaseema.

Order placed via Uber at 9:22 PM on 12/02/2026, and it was a complete waste of money. The biryani was completely unacceptable. The pieces were undercooked and raw, and the masala tasted like it was never cooked at all. Instead of a proper, layered biryani, it was just plain rice mixed with raw spice paste. The flavors were harsh, bitter, and extremely unpleasant. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites.

This felt like unfinished food served without even the most basic quality check. Biryani should be slow-cooked and aromatic, not raw and half-prepared. Charging customers for food like this is careless and disappointing.

To make it worse, the Konaseema chicken biryani had pieces with a strong raw, stingy smell, making it completely inedible.

Easily the worst biryani I’ve had in a long time. Not worth the money at all. I will not be ordering again, and I would strongly advise anyone who values good food to avoid this place.

Just visited Konaseema Cuisine and it truly transported me back to Andhra Pradesh! The Konaseema Mamsam (goat curry) was tender, richly spiced, and full of bold flavors without being overwhelming. Paired it with perfectly fluffy biryani and their amazing mango lassi hands down one of the best I’ve had. Service was warm and the place feels like home. Will be back soon!

I had a great experience at this South Indian buffet restaurant. The food is very good and tastes authentic. There was a nice variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and well prepared.
The service was also good. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure the buffet was refilled on time. I would definitely recommend it and visit again.

Awesome food. If south indian food lover this place is great. Chicken tandoori, dim briyani, dal tadka, dosas , mango lassi all are top class. Very friendly and polite staff. I wish them good luck and success. Make sure not to let go of the chef.

Not much to look at but the food is authentic and outstanding. Feels a bit like you’re in India. Biryani and goat curry was great. Service was prompt and friendly. Full of Indians which is a good sign.

We ordered catering for our son’s first birthday and were very happy with the food. Everything tasted fresh and was well liked by our guests.

The Gobi Manchuria and okra kurkure were crispy and flavorful, and the Guntur Mirchi Bajji had a nice spice level. The Mutter Paneer was creamy and comforting, and the Konaseema chicken curry was especially tasty and authentic.

The Veg Dum Biryani was aromatic and well cooked, and the garlic naan was soft and went well with the curries.

Overall, the food arrived on time, was well packed, and many guests asked about it. We were very satisfied with the catering.

I first had the chance of coming to this restaurant last week while on vacation. I’ve been searching for an Indian restaurant with buffet or vegetarian options. Bless the day I found this new jem! The food is to die for. So many delicious options to choose from. I’ve already returned 4 times!! Went to an Indian restaurant in Boston and was so disappointed with their food after the wonderful experience at Konaseema.Different regions in India produce a plethora of dishes that are unique and spiced according to traditions of the people in that location. I even tried other restaurants in my area to compare them against. Konaseema wins the title of best Indian cuisine. The quality, the presentation, cleanliness and great service will have me coming back time after time. Last thing I will add is that their mango lassi is one of the best if not the best mango lassi I’ve ever had!

We visited Konaseema Restaurant with a group of 8 and had a really good dining experience overall. The starters were the real highlight — chicken lollipops, goat pepper fry, and pomfret fish fry were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the evening. The pulaos (paneer, goat, and chicken) were flavorful and satisfying as well.

A couple of dishes didn’t quite meet expectations — the Gobi Manchurian was served a little wet while we were hoping for a dry style, and the goat curry and bobbatlu could be improved. Halwa was very unique and definitely need to try .majority of the meal was enjoyable, and we’d happily come back for the starters and pulaos!

Konaseema Staff “ Thanks for your service ❤️

I recently tried Konaseema at Rocky Hill and absolutely loved the Chicken Kothu Paratha—it was super flavorful, perfectly spiced, and had that authentic South Indian street food vibe! The Pacherin Malaga Chicken didn’t really hit the spot for me, and the Punugulu was just okay, not as crispy or tasty as I expected. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Kothu Paratha if you’re visiting, but the other dishes could use a little improvement.
The atmosphere was great! It’s new ambience and looks clean. One of the best Indian restaurant which has classy and newer environment!
