We frequent this Chipotle in Somers Point because it’s the only one we go to, but it has become really inconsistent. Portions have gotten noticeably smaller and no longer justify the price (see photo). Not sure if it’s a corporate issue or just this location, but it’s disappointing. We really hope they tighten things up because we’ve always liked coming here, but they need to do better.

I have been going to this chipotle for years and this is going to be my last time. Ever since the old manager got fired the quality has been terrible, portions have diminished, and overall experience has been poor. There is no oversight and no direction for anyone making/serving food. please avoid if you can and go to egg harbor.

I’m very disappointed in chipotle today. I ordered my regular order. They didn’t have any white rice gave me half a scoop of chicken. Half a scoop of corn and pico. I’m super super disappointed. I couldn’t understand half of the workers. I’m very very upset I live chipotle. But I don’t think I will be coming back. Unless some change happens. Also they have no forks. And they are using the bathroom paper towels as the napkins now. This manager needs to do better you are failing at your job man. Take control of your establishment.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Chipotle the other night and it completely ruined the meal for me. My friend and I walked in around 8:30 pm. The store does not close until 10 but the employee named Ahmed already seemed annoyed that customers were coming in. He was mopping dirty floors in the lobby and immediately gave us dirty looks when we approached the counter.
The entire ordering process felt tense and unwelcoming. He had an attitude, was snarky, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. When we finished ordering, instead of handing us our tray like normal, he left it pushed all the way on his side of the counter, forcing us to awkwardly reach over to grab it.
What made the situation worse was what happened afterward. While we were eating, more customers came in and Ahmed went right back to cleaning the already dirty lobby. However, with every customer after us, his demeanor completely changed. He suddenly became cheerful, bubbly, smiling, and laughing with them. The contrast was very noticeable and honestly unsettling.
I did not want to jump to conclusions, but my friend and I are Black and every customer after us was white. The difference in how we were treated versus everyone else was hard to ignore. It left a bad taste in my mouth and spoiled the experience entirely.
Because of this interaction, I will be avoiding this location going forward. Customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone, and that was not the case here.

We ordered lunch online to pick up. We ordered two salads and a veg bowl. When we got back to the office there was virtually no lettuce in the salads and the lettuce we got was old and wilted so badly it looked like cooked spinach. It was the worst meal I have EVER gotten from Chipotle. Photos are attached. The lid with the lettuce is all of the lettuce in the entire salad. The second salad was just as bad and it shows virtually no lettuce and clearly the lettuce is old. Horrible. Tired to call but no way to reach location and on chat I was disconnected 3 times. Extremely disappointing!

Very clean place. All the employees there are very nice and welcoming. One employee in particular, Tina, was super accommodating! She handled my order very well and made sure everything was portioned out correctly as well as my friends order and it came out fantastic. She was also very lovely. Thank you Tina!

Wow. Place has REALLY gone down hill. They hardly give any meat (hence why they say double) and their pepper and onion looks old as heck! $40 for two bowls and you walk out frustrated with no food. Don better chipotle

Fantastic! So fresh and yummy. Open for take out. Can be vegetarian if you like. Their chicken and steak is always so flavorful. Whether you get a bowl or a burrito it’s sure to put a smile on your face and leave you satisfied.

If you want to get shorted on food, this is the chipotle to go to. Picture is of a double chicken bowl. I’ve seen more chicken ordering a single serving at other chipotles.
