Just wanted to leave a good review because last time I went here they ran out to my car to let me know they accidentally gave me an 8 piece chicken fry instead of the 12 piece that I ordered. That kind of integrity means a lot to me because most places dont think twice about missing out on stuff you paid for. Thanks guys!

Just had lunch there. Noticed on receipt I was charged 7% meal tax when the meal tax in MA is 6.25%
I notified the manager not looking for a refund but to point out the mistake and to correct.
Her response ” not my problem i don’t deal with pricing”
I told her it’s not pricing, in fact you are illegal overcharging a tax, mandated by state law.
At this point she started to verbally attack me, even followed me to the parking lot all the way to my vehicle all the while yelling and screaming obscenities to me!
Needless to say I have contacted burger king corporate and i have filed a compliant with the states attorney General.
I will never go back there again; and she deserves to fired if not a criminal investigation into the overcharging of tax!

Drive through associate great! Food NOT! Burger dry, fries cold, jalapeños popper cold, and look that this pic of the mozzarella sticks! Should have gone to McDonald’s!

Where do i start. This is the best Burger King there is. Thank you to the staff for the service. I was very pleased with the young man taking my order, very polite and professional. That young man Jared deserves a raise for the hard work he put into. The food was great, the pie tasted amazing and so did the nuggets. I appreciate the effort put into my food. Top tier services from this establishment.

I just drove there to get something for my mother. The two women inside seemed to be having fun with each other, but not one word (literally) was spoken to me. I even said thank you and the server could not utter a single sound. Probably the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Sat there for at least ten minutes, too. They make you feel like you’re bothering them.

The bigger girl with the red colored hair took care of me and she was very nice. I was previously having a bad day but she made me laugh while taking my order and put a smile on my face. I didn’t catch her name but I hope she sees this! Thank you for making my day a little better. ❤️

This may be the worst Burger King location in existence. Over the course of a year, I have never received an order correctly, forgetting entire parts of meals, sauces, not taking out ingredients. Literally every time. Go to McDonalds across the street.

It’s close to my work but I have very rarely gone there because the way it’s set up is ridiculous. After getting your food at the drive thru you have to just leave. You can’t park in their lot to eat unless you actually take a left out of the drive thru onto busy Main Street to pull back into their parking lot. It makes no sense! I take it as a “take your food and get the F out of here!’
And they’re slow.
I won’t be going back! It’s fine, McDonald’s is across the street and I can actually park in their lot to eat, with no hassle.
