Ordered a Togo , and I told them I wanted two Alfredo pastas with crispy chicken , they reviewed my order and it was correct until my husband brought it home , only one order of the pasta with chicken , the gnocchi soup had some brown floating substance in it and it wasn’t even hot , the pasta was cold as well like the noodles weren’t cooked completely. I had also ordered calamari and later I found a ball of seasoned dough in it not to mention the rogue fry in it . I did call to correct the order and they ended up putting me on hold for almost an hour before I hung up, all I can say is that I will not be coming to this place any more, I do hope they get it together someday .but This would be the 3rd time they have messed up our order and made me lose my appetite ….. used to love this Olive Garden cuz their food and their service always made my day now they just ruined it and my trust in their food …. Just unprofessional and unsanitary ….

3.5 stars. Overall, expensive. Everything seemed good or just OK. Our local bar n grill serves equivalent quality, larger quantity, Alfredo’s for less $.
Cruise ship extra-cost Italian restaurant is better than Olive Garden, so we will go there instead. Being charged for the e-game device on our table was a big turn off.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years – like 30 or more… but I received a gift card and needed to use it. WOW. Very unexpected and very different experience than last time!
The Woodbury location was Amazing. The location was very nice.
The hostess was superb (I didn’t get her name), but she greeted me with a sincere smile!!
Maddie, the bartender/server was incredible! 5 stars just for her! She made sure I was taken care of with refills and prompt service, and she checked in to see what I needed.
Had the fried ravioli and the calamari. Both were hot, fresh, and crispy. The sauces were so gooood! The breadsticks were delicious. Warm, soft and buttery. I’m super happy I stopped and would definitely recommend this location.

I was trying to order breadsticks from inside my work, but they didn’t have good cell service. So I waited til I was outside. And since I didn’t want to go home and then go back in the area to get my order, I just drove to the restaurant. I was over 10 minutes early picking up my order. I went inside and told them I was early, not expecting them to rush my order. But they did anyways!! And I asked for no sauce cause I didn’t need it and instead, they gave me extra breadsticks. The whole experience made my night!!

Normally I can’t go wrong with an Olive Garden visit. Entrees are always fresh and hot, and the salad is always fresh and ice cold. Our server seemed to be having an off day, and was very short, to the point, rushed and impersonable. We had five to our party, and we’re seated at a table for four, with a fifth chair added to the end of the table. There wasn’t enough room for that fifth chair and not feel like you were encroaching on the people trying to enjoy a meal next to us without bumping into them. I would still return to this location and give it another try.

The service is incredible it’s faster than even a fast food place AND they were incredibly busy too! The food is incredible, the ziti and the soup is to die for, and the breadsticks, kind staff too, dropped breadsticks trying to take them to go and the server got me a new set AND packed it for me, that girl deserves a raise, woulda tipped a lot if I wasn’t currently money concerned. The atmosphere is incredible, even during the short time waiting for my food I was very happy with the atmosphere, it is very cozy, highly recommend coming during the winter.

When we came here, parking was pretty much full. Located next to a strip mall, so I understand that parking may be limited. Plus we can during lunch rush as well. Food is always good. Love the unlimited soups and breadsticks. I will say, when I don’t finish my alfredo, and I bring it home and heat it up to eat it – there is so much oils and in a sense I feel sick to my stomach. Yes, I do remove the oils before I eat it. Olive garden always hit the spot though when I am craving pasta.

Extremely disappointed! The food was cold and honestly tasted old. My salad was wilted — definitely not what you expect when you’re spending $100.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The woman who brought out my order forced the huge bag through my driver-side window even after I asked her to place it in the passenger seat. It felt careless and rude. I’m glad I didn’t tip. I always tip in cash because I believe in rewarding good service — but this was the complete opposite.
Do better!!!
This will be the last time I spend my money at this location.

The waitress brought out bread sticks with hair on it. I told the server, and the manager came out to apologize and said she would take a meal off of our tab. When we checked out, the manager didn’t adjust our bill so we ended up paying for everything with a small tip for the hair and no follow through.
We took the rest of our food home (barely started on my entree because I was so full from the soup). When I warmed it up for dinner, to my surprise, there was also hair on my entree. I am disappointed and really grossed out about how much hair I found in one sitting, let alone I paid full price even after the manager said she’d adjust our tab but didn’t.
