Another spot that I was afraid might have been overhyped by all the videos that I have seen online. However, they did not disappoint! Huge line out the door but since it is in the mall, I just recommend dropping your name and then walking around the shops in the meantime. The staff is quick, efficient, and nice. The seating is comfortable and ordering process is on electronic tablets. Very easy to scroll through the menu and look at the pictures if you are not familiar with hot pot. We really enjoyed all the meats, veggies, and you have to get the dancing noodles. It can get delayed but it is quite entertaining when they come around and put on a little performance with the hand-pulled noodles. It can get a little pricey but we did expect that from such a well-known chain. The only con is that the sauce bar is priced per person. I have never been to a hotpot place where you had to pay for the sauce bar. I guess they also include like snacks and desserts so that kind of makes sense. Would recommend trying out one of their locations if you are looking for an entertaining (non AYCE) hotpot restaurant.

The customer service was top-notch! Every request was handled with a smile, and the staff genuinely cares about their guests. The food is simply outstanding. Every ingredient was fresh, and the hotpot broths are packed with flavor! Great drink selection! The iced teas were refreshing, and the specialty cocktails paired well with the food. The ambiance is just right – stylish yet comfortable. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner.

Went here on a weekday afternoon because ramen nagi was closed. There were just a few staff available and they were rather quick and dismissive, unlike their Chinese counterpart. Food is quite the same in fact several with more choices. Lovely place for a family meal.

I had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The service was truly outstanding from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed. The food quality was excellent — fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and plenty of options to choose from. My friend and I first tried Haidilao and it quickly became our favorite restaurant in LA. Their service is always amazing and food is incredible. I love how we get to customize our own topping and sauces at their bar and also try a bunch of little complimentary snacks including fruits. I’ve been coming to this location several times now and they never disappoint. I’m also in love with their bbq flavored chips!! 🙂
