Today I bought $20 meal deal and i told them the spicy and original mix please. I was a jollibee customer since serramonte opened. But this was not acceptable. The sizes are very small and the taste is bad . No wonder why people chose the different place of Jollibee. I will never try this place in the future. Located into the Serramonte shopping mall, depends on the time you get there, but the lines always move fast, quick service, less than 5minutes after ordering it was ready.
Yes the food has a slight sweetness to it, yes it can be a little salty, but that’s Jollybee and it tastes great!
I ordered the Angus Aloha burger (has pineapple) with spaghetti as a side. Partner order the Spicy chicken sandwich (has Jalapenos) with fries as side. Everything tasted great, juicy and flavorful. Would definitely come to this spot again. The burgers may seem small but they taste great. The Spaghetti has a sweetness to it, sausages and cheese on top.
Just make sure to ask for fork if needed, because they forgot to give mine.
Single Meal combos from 8-15$ average depending on size.

Consistently delicious. Its always nice eating Jollibee fresh vs. to-go. I tried the kbbq sandwich again since I’ve never had it made to order and it was tasty. Crispy and saucy and the cucumber relish they add is a nice touch to battle the sweetness of the sauce.
Chicken is always juicy and malabo is so much better right away so it doesnt coagulate in transit when ordering through food delivery app.
The service is the best if any fast food place. The staff is quick, friendly and you can see they work as a team almost like a family unit. Prices are inexpensive so it makes this place one of the best if not the best fast food place to visit and enjoy.

We were able to order during their closing hours. We’re the last 6 person they accommodated, staffs are nice and friendly. They still looked energetic even its closing time. The food was amazing, my kids loved the taste of the chicken and the spaghetti. Beef Pattie’s with mushroom is the best. The pies were tasty and crunchy.

It was my first time trying Jollibee. Oh my goodness, the flavor was amazing!! Food tasted fresh because the chicken was juicy and crunchy. The two-piece meal combo was very filling. Peach pie was yummy too!

Jollibee is a Filipino fried chicken chain but from the fried chicken perspective you probably won’t be able to tell it’s Filipino except the they offer chicken with gravy.
It’s usually really good fried chicken that’s crispy and I do like the dark meat.
However this time I’m reviewing the new chicken tenders. I had cravings for Raising Cane’s but the new one closeby is not opened yet so I decided to try the new tenders offered by Jollibee. I think the tenders are delicious and very tender inside but I do wish they offer better sauces such as the ones offered by Chick-fil-A or Raising Cane’s. So my tip is to bring your own sauce (leftover from Chick-fil-A r Raising Cane’s).
In general I’d recommend the regular legs/thighs but the tenders are not bad.
The place itself is in the mall food court so it’s usually crowded and the in-store seating is extremely limited and the food court itself can be crowded too.
The line can be long but they move fast and the orders are distributed fairly efficiently. The parking for the place is also difficult to find but you’ll eventually find a spot because it’s a mall albeit you might have to find further away.
