This is a wonderful Texas Roadhouse Location! My son and I stopped by during my Valentine’s visit to see him at Liberty. Despite it being Valentine’s Day, they actually were doing a great job with getting customers in and served! The food was amazing, my meal was delicious and the 20 oz sirloin my son ordered was cooked to a perfect medium rare! The rolls were not overbaked as they are at some locations. Salads also perfect and served right on time. All the staff was professional and our waitress Kaylee is probably the main reason I’m taking the time to leave a review. She is a most pleasant and efficient waitress! Very sweet and very hard-working!!

NANCY was a fabulous server! She made our night, SO attentive and fast! Food was fantastic as always! The sirloin was tender and the baked potato was perfect!

What’s the point of going to a steak house picking out which steak you want only to be served with something completely different? That was a little off for me because we took our time to look and pick the one we really wanted but going something different outside of that the food was ok I just wish the main veggies didn’t have pork in them but it’s ok I can deal with that I’m just moreso upset about the steak… The place is always crowded the atmosphere is good I’m just upset about the steak once again lol

Ordered appetizers-very salty. Ordered 2 ribeyes Both very bland. My daughter ordered medium rare. I ordered medium well. They both came med rare. I ordered a salad. I may have had 5 pieces of cheese in my salad and soggy croutons. The loaded potatoes I ordered were bland as well. I was highly disappointed. I didn’t complain as our server did well with keeping drinks refilled and being attentive. I took my steak home and cooked it to my liking. Texas Roadhouse used to be me of my favorite restaurants but after this experience I just can’t see returning.

I had an awesome (first) experience, while visiting Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a bone-in ribeye, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The server was a kind, genuine, lady who gave us THE BEST, customer service. And we really appreciate her for taking good care of us.

9/24/25: I enjoyed my meal so much, I came by for another visit before I headed home. Shannon and Virginia were amazing… again! I also forgot to take pics of my dinners!

Ordered a thick 8oz steak but 4oz was fat, I expect some fat but not half. Won’t be going there again.

Great time for date night. Caroline was our server. She’s new and was extremely nice and real patient. The food was great. I had to send the steak back once, but it’s steak it happens. My girl got the herb crusted chicken. She loved it with the sauteed lemon. I tried some too and had no complaints. The blooming onion was good. I also got shrimp because they were out of ribs. They’re ribs take 3 days to sit, so once they’re out, they’re out. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
