I had an incredible experience at this coffee shop! The coffee was divine, and the service was simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. When I inquired about recommendations, I was served the best coffee I’ve had in years!
The atmosphere is quiet and charming, making it a perfect spot to relax. The shop is very clean, and I was impressed by the diverse menu. Although we didn’t try the food during our visit, there is a great selection available.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic coffee experience!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a Tampa-style Cuban sandwich in Springfield. The owner even has the bread shipped in from Tampa! The sandwich was crispy and delicious. FYI, Cuban food is not spicy at all unless you add on peppers or hot sauce. He also has a lot of other sandwich choices.

I absolutely love this place! As a Florida girl, I was seriously missing some real Cuban coffee and sandwiches! Never would have known about it, if I hadn’t broke down and got a Sam’s membership lol. I work A LOT and the best part of my day is stopping to get my coffee from Sammy and Echo. They are what really keeps me coming back. I could have had the worst start to my day and they always turn it around. Truly 5 star employees!

Fantastic little hidden gem. They had great, smooth coffee and lots of sugar-free syrup options. I liked it and I’m particular about my coffee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and unique! Would eat again.

Nice little treasure nestled in a mini mall in Springfield that serves up a pretty good authentic Cuban sandwich. The pork is savory, the ham is fresh and it has just the right amount of mustard. All of pressed firmly between two thin slices of Cuban Bread. It’s a small place but there are enough seats inside to dine in. You just have to park across the building at the mini mall. But it’s really close.

Now, Cafe Cubanos – they have the absolute best and richest tasting coffee. I’m a big fan of small businesses and Mike has done a great job. They have yummy sandwiches too. Love my lavender latte!

Today I had to get my car repaired, and while I waited I decided to walk across the street to this fine establishment. Now, I’d been multiple times with my girlfriend (in the drive-thru). But today I actually got to go in and have a seat while I ate.
For starters, the food is fantastic! I mean the absolute best and most AUTHENTIC Cuban sandwich in the 417. The coffee is incredible as well. Perfectly balanced and exactly how I like it, without having to ask for any additional sugar etc.
Not only is the food incredible, I got the chance of talking to the owner for a bit. This guy knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s humble, he’s honest, he’s a good conversationalist and he makes DAMN GREAT sandwich. He sources his bread from Florida, from an authentic Cuban bread factory.
I beg of you, whether you love Cuban sandwiches, are looking for a new sandwich shop, or a damn fine cup of coffee, GO HERE!
