Checked our new Mendocino Farms in North Torrance. Got the Happy Hippie with double steak and the Modern Caesar.. both were fire and super fresh
Came back the next day, had the same thing as wraps, and honestly liked it even more.
The place is clean, the crew moves sharp, and you can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. Respect to the trainer Bri she’s running a tight operation. Definitely a good new spot in the area.

When I walked in, there was only one couple ahead of me who was excited to chat with their cashier; a manager saw me waiting and immediately came over to take my order so that they could continue enjoying their experience. They didn’t have the dressing that normally comes with my salad so he suggested a replacement, and when the food came, the employee mentioned adding another dressing just in case i didn’t prefer the original replacement. And though I was didn’t feel like i waited too long, they felt their service may have been too slow so they gave me a cookie! Great customer service, and delicious food. I also enjoyed hearing an announcement of how many guests they had served and hearing the employees cheering. High morale makes for great food. Will be back!

Food is amazing. Sadly they have poor service. Ordered online 10 mins in advance and I had to wait 25 mins for my food. Staff was rude when i questioned my order and asked for a refund since i had to leave to work. As if it’s my fault they took 30 mins on a Sandwitch.

I kid you not. The pesto chicken caprese was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I’m not even joking guys. I wish I knew about this sooner, so I’d be able to eat more of them earlier. Southout to all the staff here. They are doing the best they can at the fastest speed they can do. 5/5 best ever!

You can not be in a hurry if you plan to order food from them, it usually takes about 20 minutes. But they are very careful and thoughtful, and the food is good and worth the wait. This past Sunday I wanted to order a sandwich and a soup for lunch, but probably pressed the wrong line while walking on a busy road towards the restaurant , the soup became a salad, the manager sensed my disappointment while I was picking up food and went ahead scoop a cup so I can try it. That was a very caring thing they did. Thank you!

It’s a great place; I love the food here. Unfortunately, they have a huge problem with service being on time. Even with an online order, they consistently fail to deliver the food on time; the last time I had to wait 20 minutes. I placed my order at 11:20 am, intending to pick it up at 12:00 and receive my food at 12:20. However, this is the third time I’ve experienced the same issue. I understand the initial weeks, but it should not be acceptable now.

The lady named Myra was awesome and very detailed about the options on the menu for example I had hard deciding on what would considered to light because later on today I’m going to laker game and didn’t want nothing too huge of an meal but yet flavorful and she suggested the not so fried chicken sandwich with tomato soup it was delightful
