Group work outing with about 15 of us. Initially we were refused service as we requested to pay individually, but a colleague was able to convince the restaurant to accommodate. And mind you some of us already ordered ahead time. Food took awhile to come out. A colleague and I both ordered the Santa Clara noodles, which we didn’t know is served cold. My mango chunks were ice frozen! We sent one back so they could stir fry to warm it up, and the dish came back cold. Also they used lots of RAW onions to make the plate look fuller. This happened before when I ordered a hot noodle dish with broth. Will not be returning.

Jeno was a charismatic and very helpful waiter. He informed us of great recommendations like what sauces to get. He was kind enough to give us more sauce after we asked if we could get sauce to make our bowls more spicy. FYI: they have mild, medium, and spicy sauces. Great food and lots of options to choose from. Due to the excellent portion size of the custom bowl, I do not recommend getting the unlimited custom bowl. We did not have to wait to be seated at lunchtime on Sunday. However, it appeared crowded Saturday night.

This restaurant is such a cool idea. You choose from a variety of fresh ingredients to build your own dish. You can make noodles or rice and pick vegetarian or meat options so everyone finds something they like.

So good! Missed this since my local one closed years ago…..only issue was I added an allergy stick to mine and they didn’t ask what my allergy was. They only cook it separately. I am GF and they put the bread on top of my bowl. Luckily, cross contamination doesn’t affect me…..

Probably the best experience in a flat tops we’ve ever had. Fast service amazing food! Worth the hassle coming in from the suburbs because this is the only flattops left!! We absolutely loved the service Gio gave us, he was amazing with our boys talked with them and made them feel included. Great with giving us the rundown on flattop changes, over all super great staff! Gio needs a raise!!

Tried Flat Top Grill for the first time and it was so good! The roti tacos were flavorful, the spicy pepper stack stir fry had the perfect amount of heat, and the roti brownie sundae… wow. Warm, gooey, and just the right sweet ending. Definitely a new favorite spot.
