La Grange à Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon offre un décor typique où se mêlent fûts d’alcool, bois de cerf et photos des badlands, dans une ambiance musicale jouée par l’orchestre au bar. We visited this place just after Christmas and very hard to find anything positive about it. We booked it on the Disney app because we enjoy tex mex but there was no mention of it being a buffet. Our experience started with a very long wait to be seated despite having a reservation and being disabled. When we finally got to our table we learned that even though it’s €45 a person you only get one small drink included, even another small coke is €5. The food was terrible, very poor quality, canteen style food. Not Tex mex at all. Cheese sauce was like water. Food was cold and bland. The place was packed with no system, people coughing over the buffet non stop. Children picking things up by hand with dirty hands. People wiping their nose and then touching the food. Hygiene disaster! Horrible place. Bad stomachs after all evening. Would never return to this one! Worse food in Disney, avoid!

So the buffet food and deserts here are really good. Location and entryway to the buffet is very sketchy feeling however with public passing and cutting through line up for restaurant to reach public washrooms in the same hallway access as the restaurant line up area. The good taste and variety of the choices definitely makes up for the discount forgotten feeling you get from the entryway.

Lovely restaurant! I really liked the style of the Western theme. It sort of reminded me of Chuck Wagon. In terms of food, the salad section with fresh prawns, salmon pate, tortillas, bulgar etc, was really nice. The bread was unfortunately very tough, and the potato gratin didn’t have much flavour in my opinion. But otherwise, it was wonderful! Staff were so kind. At one point, I dropped my napkin and the waiter dashed over to give me a new one. They were all very bubbly, happy and put you in a good mood 🙂

We booked Billy Bob’s in advance and paid €40 per person, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The staff were rude, the food arrived cold and tasted poor, and the restaurant had no real atmosphere. What upset us most was how our neurodiverse child was treated. Her pram is her safe space, yet staff refused to allow it inside, so she had to wait outside with her father. This felt especially unfair as other guests were allowed in with prams.
We were really surprised by this, as Disney is usually known for being inclusive and family-friendly.
Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and would avoid in future. A very disappointing experience.

A great buffet dining experience!
There is a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts; the food is delicious and leans on the mexican theme.
Service is friendly and the ‘Western’ environment adds to the magic of the meal.
Great place for a fun dinner with family or friends!

Last evening at Disneyland Paris, so we decided to eat here. Big mistake, food was not warm, poor selection, no atmosphere and according the outside, live music, there was no music at all. We paid 40,- euro per person, that was way to much for the little they have.

Food here was great! Lots of selection for main course, the salad bar wasn’t quite as good as other places I’ve been, desserts were lovely. Staff were friendly on the whole, however the host who checked us in was pretty rude. Servers made up for it though as they were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. We booked using the Half Board plan so the buffet is all you can eat so you can go back and forth as many times as you like.

It wasn’t clear upon arriving at the restaurant if it was a reservation or walk-in type situation. My partner and I chose a spot, sat down for around 20+ minutes waiting for staff to take our order. Around 3 or 4 times did staff walk up and ask if we were ordering and told us to wait.
Another 15 minutes pass and we’re on the verge of leaving when finally someone takes our order. Most wait staff did not speak enough English to ask if we wanted food or alcoholic beverages, so we felt very alienated.
Once the food did arrive (Crispy chicken bites), it was lukewarm, flavorless and bland. The drinks (The Old Cowboy and an Irish Coffee), were the only mildly good thing about the place. The Irish coffee was more alcohol than coffee, but that’s down to personal preference.
As someone born and raised in Texas, they did a great job with the atmosphere, but the music selection was sorely lacking. Too much Imagine Dragons, Jason Derulo, and other pop artists to count the experience as “Country/Western”. This was not a good final restaurant visit on our first day in the park.

Left feeling sick! Buffet style food, we reserved but had to wait in the standard queue?
Ribs from the counter were cold and to be honest so was alot of the food.
Staff took ages to seat people, seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing.
Would not go again.

Lovely visit this evening. (Maths, I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) Couldn’t have been lovelier dressing is in a convenient space because of mobility issues and carrying my very heavy folded wheelchair to where it needed to be before my husband had the chance. The good was great, a good mix of choices for everyone and the obligatory Mickey treats. All in all a fab evening.
