If I could I would give it lower than a star. I ordered a baconzilla from checkers today they didn’t tell me they didn’t have bacon and y’all please let me know if y’all see the bacon on this burger. It’s a hot mess of just tons of cheese and mayonnaise and three patties and nothing else. No bacon no onions nothing but three patties and a HOT MESS. I asked for a refund because it was $13 for a medium drink medium fries and a baconzilla and they wouldn’t allow me to get one. I will not be going to the checkers in Oxford Mississippi again. Again please let me know if you see the bacon on the baconzilla because I don’t!

Been waiting on a DoorDash order for over two hours from checkers. Two drivers have came and gone waiting on my order. I paid $5 for cheese sticks and $8 for loaded fries. I received two small fries after two drivers tried to pick up the order. These people wouldn’t last an hour where I work.

Absolutely wonderful, it was sooooo good plus everything steaming hot. The line was quick and efficient and the fries are sooooo good the wings were magnificent and you get a a lot out of the drinks for a good price. would go there again!!

There were 3 people waiting! The one girl working was busting her tail and the other 2 guys were outside working on a car while she cooked, took orders outside, etc! We waited for an hour for our food…

The service is always great at this location. The food is okay for fast food. The fries are always great. The fries on my fry lovers burger didn’t seem fresh, but the burger was okay. Sorry for the poor quality picture. The roads still had ice on them while I was driving. The manager here is always great. Very friendly!

Came in late to visit a family member in the hospital, staying at the adjacent Hampton. Order taker needed the order repeated four times. Order included the brisket melt and two bosswiches which are advertised as having 3 times the brisket. Guess which of the two included sandwiches is a patty melt and which is the bosswich.
The advertised prices on the menu was not what we were charged. Perhaps they upgraded the combo sizes, but we did not state that we wanted that.
Additionally, we were told that the manager would be in during the morning shift to address the issues. We were just told they won’t be in until 3. We have to leave to head back home before then.
The food was lackluster and service was worse. For a first impression of this brand, my taste has been completely soured. I will not be giving it another chance without divine intervention.
Edit: Got an auto response from the company to contact them on this review, but we did that first and have yet to hear back.

Love Checker’s Double Deckers! Great franchise. Well managed, and of course the best fast food in America. The entire time during my undergraduate studies I wanted to re-open one up in town, someone beat me to the punch. Great drunk food late at night and even better place to take the family.

I only go on my lunch break. They only have 1 guy working in the whole store during lunch. He is taking orders, making food, and checking people out. He is a BOSS. My burger and fries are always hot and fresh and my order is always correct. I love their fries and they’re always hot, fresh, and crispy. Whatever they’re paying the guy isn’t enough for what he’s doing. He does a great job. Great food and fast service.
