Food tasted good, but I watched the person in front of me ask for a 6 inch sandwich and the lady who cut the footlong in half clearly realized she cut it completely unevenly. So she swapped which side she gave him so she didn’t short him and then gave me the short half immediately after. Not the best feeling to see someone realize their mistake and then still screw you over.

I ordered the turkey ham wrap, which comes with lettuce, 2 thin tomatoe slices, 2 pathetic thin pickles and honey mustard. I asked the employee (#3013) to add onions but she refused, claimed that it couldn’t be customized. Are you kidding me? Adding a few slices of red onions is breaking the rules? What an idiotic rule. I will not be coming back, that mediocre at best wrap was definitely not worth it.

Carter and Stephany were so generous and made me feel absolutely delectable. I’ve never had a sandwich made so well and after I took my first bite I ascended into a higher plane. Their customer service was the most high quality, friendly, chivalrous, enlightening experience. 10/10 would come again.

I just wanted a glass of water. They don’t sell any neutral drinks: no sugar, fake sugar or caffeine. But you can’t get a cup. “ You need to bring your own”. Really? I asked them to tell management it was a bad idea. “I don’t make the rules”. Bad circular argument. Won’t go back., PS. I still love the Italian Sub.
