I love the idea. The food from a few doors down was pretty good. Great attention to Veterans! My suggestion for the food… I think a better bbq sauce will help. And I thought the spicy sauce was really good on the pulled pork. The pulled pork was fantastic! The hush puppies were delicious. The fries were a little too crunchy, but perfectly salted. The sauce for the hush puppies was phenomenal. All-on-all, I think they will do well. Plus- the smoke flavor of the meats was outstanding. The pulled pork had a great smoke ring. One last note, the hamburger was one of the best I’ve tasted In a long time.
