Some donuts have been stale. Some donuts are good. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. The coffee is good with cream and sugar.

Not a great experience at the Sugar Grove Dunkin’. The staff was rude and didn’t say a word to me, and my sandwich came out cold. Definitely expected better—won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. I’m paying you money, you can say hello.

This Dunkin Donuts really impressed me. Coffee fresh, fast prep and super clean building. The staff was friendly with my Mobile order and nailed my coffee with Dunkin cream and sugar. Tried the Holiday Pumpkin Spiced Munchkins and boy were these donut holes tasty and delicious. Will definitely return to this Dunkin location when in the area.

More often than not, drinks are either not stirred or do not contain any cream or sweetener despite mobile ordering ahead of time at this specific location. Mobile ordering takes the guesswork out of the drive thru conversation and negates any chances for misinterpretation of the order. I started coming to this location regularly back in April of 2024 when we moved our office to Sugar Grove, got coffee or tea every weekday for a few months, it was a 50/50 shot it would come how I ordered it. End of August, I stopped going to this location and changed my entire route into work just so I wouldn’t have to stop at this Sugar Grove location and I started going to the Dunkin on Eldamain and rt34 in Plano(inside GasNWash).
Now that I live in Sugar Grove, the Plano location is out of the way, and I tried Sugar grove location again today, 9/18/25, low and behold, no cream or sweetener in the coffee…
It would appear to me that at this point I’d be better off going across the street to the Starbucks, paying a dollar more for the same thing, and receiving it mixed, and with the cream and sweetener I ordered it with.

Extremely rude workers and drinks are never consistent. I ordered 2 iced caramel lattes and one of them is correct and the other is brown. When I took the drinks inside to get new ones, they didn’t understand what’s wrong with them.

Went to drive thru this morning to get a sandwich… looked down when I was halfway done to see what looks like mold in the eggs. Waste of money. The service isn’t that great here anyway so not going back.

Same coffee and donuts but a few times now my sandwiches have been were wrong. Today my croissants were broken into pieces and glued together with cheese. Music is like being inside a bar inside, too loud. **They also charge for a cup of water.

Placed order for an iced coffee with a reasonable amount of ice. Other locations fill up halfway regularly for this order. But instead, pulled around and got pure ice. It was a literal block of ice. Small traces of coffee, which skewed the flavor of the drink in the end. Overall poor experience with service and coffee quality. Tends to run off from quantity over quality.
