By no means great, or even very good…mediocre is probably the most fitting word for the pizza. My slice did have a decent undercarraige w/zero flop; not the same as the Mike & Joe’s location on rt. 82 whatsoever, very nice people though.
Update: Went back with a colleague last week, asked for a pepperoni slice, counter guy said no pepperoni, but a pepperoni pie would be coming out in 10 minutes, so after my buddy ordered a cheese slice, I asked the guy to just put some pepperoni on a cheese slice…he wasn’t having it. The pizza came out tof the oven quick and guess what, it was a disgusting, undercooked sloppy and floppy mess. I will never again go back to this pizzeria.

The other night, to celebrate “National Pizza Day”, my wife and I decided to try someplace new.
I am very glad we did. The sauce, crust and toppings were incredible.
I definitely recommend trying them out.

The food is fabulous The meatballs are better than my grandmother’s. The pizza has one of the best crusts I’ve ever eaten. They will customize it with any toppings. The salads are always amazing, all of the ingredients are delicious. The staff and service is fantastic.

Was supposed to go here with a co worker. But we got into a big argument over. This place. He kept saying it was run by 2 clerks who worked in are building and quit to go into the Pizza Buisness…. I told him he was full of it. He took a swing at me. I ducked.. and his fist hit the brick wall breaking his hand.
Well while he was in ER me and his girlfriend Sierra swung over here had a great pizza it was amazing…. we will definitely be back

This place has changed. Seems like its been under new management with the same name but definitely different people running it.. the food on two occasions has been less than one star but I am forced to put a star.. the pizza sauce reminds me of cafeteria pizza.. no taste , the white pizza taste like cardboard.. 2 slices of pizza and 2 drinks cost 16 dollars which I found to be a complete rip off. The service was mid.. no extra smile nothing.. I will NOT come back to this place and will definitely not refer anyone I know here.. I will keep my business with SAVONNA.. way better itslian BY FARRRR!

Beautiful food, probably one of if not the best restraunt in the Hyde park. I’d pick this over any of the other pizza places, or Italian places around here as their pasta is spectacular. 11/10 spot and is a must go if your passing through or if you live in the area

I never write reviews but this place should be a health violation. This pizza is the worst I have ever consumed. It is my first time in Poughkeepsie so I decided for this place as it had 4.5 reviews. At first glance, the pizza looks really gross. There is a thick layer of cold cheese, on top of what tastes like cream of mushroom soup slathered on the pizza. The bread was cold and the toppings were as well. The dough was undercooked. I was starving so tried the eat half a piece but had to stop. I also vomited it up immediately. Do not go. It was also 35 dollars.

Great folks equal wonderful food. This place has amazing pizza and meals. Had the Chicken Scarpariello three days ago and came back this evening for Chicken a la Vera. My flight crew and I will be referring this place to other for sure. So if in the area, do stop by. No hungry, try one of their bottled soda drinks. I liked the pineapple and one of my associates had the orange twice.

First time ordering from this place, will be the last time. Ordered a meatball sub, buffalo chicken roll and zucchini appetizer. Zucchini app was ok, but both sandwiches were basically loaves of bread with minimal filling. Meatball sub had three meatballs, with one sliced in half to try to cover the middle of the sandwich. Basically the same with the chicken roll. Taste of the food was just okay. Not sure how this place is getting close to 5 stars. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the delivery was quick and the delivery person was nice.
