Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Dont go after hours close to 12 the workers are hanging out in the parking lot tall guy with blue gloves touching everything with his gloves just hopefully he changed them when returning to the kitchen also there were 3 cars waiting g in drive thru.
Not to mention this was the second Whataburger I stopped at in Louisiana on my travel route south an I know one thing for sure I have NEVER visited a Texas Whataburger and received related service the way I was treated at this location or the other at 6707 pines rd.

I had grilled chicken sandwich and it was so delicious. Cooked while I was waiting, it was hot and juicy. Friendly staff. If you are traveling from LA to DFW this location is right off the highways with convenient stores and gas stations right next to it. It is clean inside, including the bathrooms.

Horribly understaffed for 7 pm on a Friday night, servers are nice but the line for inside dining was 8 deep. It was more like waiting at a doctor’s office than fast food. If you would like to wait 20 minutes for a drink and a fry this is your place.

Natchitoches,La Whataburger was just decent. Ate around 4pm and the restaurant was dirty inside and outside. No excuse for this. The person that brought our food out didn’t know what black pepper was when I asked him for some! What are these employees smoking? Trash in bathroom everywhere, trash laying around dirty tables on a Saturday at 4pm. Only one other customer eating inside.
My overall impression was no one there working to supervise these young adults.
When taking our order they chatted amongst themselves like we weren’t even standing there ordering!

Waited over 10 minutes to order, while 4 employees played around in the back. All saw me and just laughed. We asked to order multiple times, then finally Alyssa N. Finally took our order, she was extremely rude, and made it very clear we bothered her. Our order was incorrect and the entire experience was just horrible. Had wr not been on the road for over 13 hours at that point and just needing some food, we would have tried to find someplace else.

Service is awful waited in drive thru line for almost 45 minutes and didn’t even get to place an order. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be back, will drive another hour to wait to eat. They need a new manager and more people to work. This is uncalled for in a fast food restaurant.

I ordered a whataburger with cheese. Hardly any Lettuce, no onions, and no cheese. This is the only Whataburger that I have ever been disappointed in! I will not go back to this one. The ones is Shreveport are awesome.

As this is a “Fast food” industry, the service was horrible! Time of arrival was 3:00 p.m. we had to wait 5 mins to place our order through the drive through and then another 25 min to receive our order. Many other people left the drive through as we waited.

Went to order at drive through Dec 24 at 5.45 pm . Website said open until 6. Black man at the window said..we closed. Took other folks order. Shady and rude. Website should say last order taken at 5.45. Won’t be back.

Stopped here at 5:10am. I was in the drive through and a voice came on telling me they aren’t taking orders right now. I asked if they were open 24hrs and the person said yes but not right now.
