I just left this location and I had the worst service ever. As soon as we walked in at 9am, we were greeted by a server name Destinie. First thing that she says is I’m the only server right now. So we asked so are you able to take us or accommodate us. She says yes and seats us. We ordered the less difficult items on the menu. My husband and I even ordered the same thing to make it easier for her. We also asked for extra butter, toast, and butter pecan syrup in advance to avoid her going back in and forth or spending too much time on our table. Big mistakes long story short our order was right but butter , syrup and toast arrive almost 20 or 30 mins after our meal. She was in over her head but Instead of concentrating one table and serving them completely, she was running around and gave everyone bad service. I feel bad that she was alone but that sounds like store supervisor or district manager dropping the ball. Just beware if you walk in and see only one server for the entire restaurant…Run!
Waste of my time, and money and I will not be returning to this location. Good luck everyone if you visit this location! Don’t let the side of town fool you, you will get better service driving a few minutes to a new location. ✌️

I expected better. I ordered a pancake combo and the waiter said they weren’t available after 5 minutes. The cutlery was dirty, and the hot chocolate wasn’t chocolate at all—just water, not milk. Disappointed

Multiple attempts to get the chef to properly cook the eggs with runny yolk as Eggs Benedict are supposed to failed both times. The manager discounted our check, but we left with a disappointed breakfast experience.

Earlier this week, my family and I had the pleasure to be served by Analisa! She is indeed one of the best servers we have EVER experienced probably in our entire lives! She was very sweet, gentle mannered and polite all along from beginning to end! When she sat us in our booth, she introduced herself (it may or may not be a big deal, but it’s the first time we actually had a server introduce themselves), when we told her our drinks she even asked for ICE PREFERENCE! We’ve never been asked that and quite frankly we don’t want to inconvenience a server with pesky little things, but she went above and beyond, ensuring our comfortability and even feeling like we were all family! The little things that some people may not take into consideration, she did! Analisa was outstanding! We were blessed to also witness another table she was serving in Spanish, with a group of maybe 6 people who also tended to them with the same care she gave us and handled both my family and the group efficiently and not one ounce of negativity or attitude. Analisa definitely deserves a raise! You guys are very lucky to have such a wonderful server, please don’t ever let her go, we need more servers like this!!! We have a new favorite spot now to go have a wonderful meal and service! Thank you so much Analisa for your hospitality!
We actually went by yesterday but we were told she was off for the day, which was wonderful to hear because she definitely earned it, fortunately we had an okay service. But that’s another review for another time. We will try to come by this following week in hopes to receive that amazing service!!

Just had a cheesecake 4 stack each and milkshakes w my son, with tip it was over $50. To me that’s a lot for pancakes, a side of bacon and the rest stared above. That being said, I thought the food was better than you’d find at Denny’s. My pancakes were delicious. Our waitress was really sweet and good at her job. Other than it being pricey imo, we enjoyed it. If you get cold really easily I’d recommend a light sweater. It’s a little chilly, but I can only speak for the time I was there. Overall it was fun late/early grub, the waitress was great, I like how the sort of divide the booths. Place looked clean. The sodas did NOT have cleanser aftertaste lol. If you like pancakes.. they’ve got some fun and yummy pancakes. I guess that’s why they named themselves that. My son and I were happy. That’s what matters most.

We had a great experience at IHOP. Our server, Jordan, was friendly, attentive, and kept a smile the whole time. He brought our food promptly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The cinnamon roll crepe was delicious, and the French toast from the “Have It All” meal was a hit. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the pork sausage.
At the end of our visit, Jordan got busy, but Ebony came by to check on us. She was kind and helpful, even trying to find a manager to help us check out faster. Jordan came back and took care of it right away.
Overall, great service and a good meal. We’d definitely come back.

Me n my friend went to eat there for dinner and we had a server whose name I don’t remember but she had a dermal and tattoos and she was very short with us and didn’t give proper service. We didn’t get straws until the last 15mins we were there until some nice lady gave us some. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else, she seemed annoyed everytime we asked for the stuff that was missing that was supposed to come with the meal, than once she gave us our bill she never came back so we decided to just pay in cash and leave bc we were tired of waiting for so so so long, so we left the cash on the table and once we got up to leave and we were exiting the doors she chased after us accusing us of not paying say “are yall gonna pay for that bill” in a rude tone and than was very rude paying us out cause she didn’t look around or check for the money on the table just went straight to being rude and chasing us. We felt very threatened on how she handled the situation. She didn’t seem to want to be there. Will not be returning to this location

Came here for Veterans Day. After sitting for 20 minutes with no waiter coming to our table, I approached a lady to ask either for our server or a new table. She was kind enough to take our order herself. However, the food took another 30 minutes to arrive.. and it was cold. The coffee didn’t come out until about 10 minutes after we had already finished eating.
When the check came, it was $17 for a 55+ breakfast and two coffees. IHOP just doesn’t make sense anymore. Overall, I’d avoid this location. I appreciate that they hire older staff, but from what I observed, that seemed to be part of the problem, they were slower and less attentive. If you’re going to hire older employees, maybe hire more of them so they can handle fewer tables.
The only good thing about this visit was Asia, the server who actually took my order. She was great.

It’s my 1st time at this location. I came on a Sunday during brunch. The place was packed but was seated immediately. The tables were getting cleaned immediately, ready for the next guest. It’s a family-friendly and casual atmosphere. Our server took over 4min to acknowledge us after being seated. It seemed as if she was struggling with multitasking and staying focused. The food came out hot and tasty, but it missed the mark. I didn’t get poached eggs with my Benedict. I got hard-boiled eggs. Needless to say, it was a pleasant experience. Come check them out for yourself!

Terrible service, they took 20 minutes just for someone to go to our table to take are drinks. After chansing the waitress to get the check she disappear after she told me she was gearing the machine to charge me at the table, so I decided to go pay at the entrance and there she was resting taking a nap or something at the entrance couches. Another waitress sweeping the floor while we were sitting earing, she could wait but no! You will get better customer service at a fast food restaurant. This place is terrible. Service at this location is a Joke!!
