I used to prefer Denny’s over IHOP…but after today, not anymore. The bacon tasted like it had been reheated, the sausage felt rubbery, the hash browns were undercooked, and the cinnamon apple crisp pancakes looked like they were dropped and put back onto the plate. The coffee was the only thing I enjoyed.

The Cali Club Sandwich was amazing, but the seasoned fries looked a bit burnt. I also liked the Mango Lemonade! Also, Samantha T didn’t have her name tag on, but I found it on the receipt. And when I told her thank you for refilling my drink, she just walked away and there were no smiles on her face.

Asked for MEDIUM RARE steak. The stake I got was so dry and tuff to cut. Eggs were good the potatoes was over cooked as well. Coffee was really good. Server Deanna C. was amazing. Thank you. Was not worth $21.84.

Customer Service is Horrible. Servers are always rude & in a bad mood. They make your experience the worst. I went to enjoy some breakfast because Me & My kids Love this place but this specific location is a big NO. They took 30m for server to come to our table & like I mentioned, bad attitude. I just got up & left.
We then after went to the Location on Nolana St & My goodness! Big difference. Servers are kind & more professional. Drinks came back less than 1m & the food in less than 10m. My experience in the Denny’s on Nolana St was 100 satisfied.
Will never go back to this Location Ever Again.
