⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Katrina at IHOP!
Katrina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always full, and checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect.
What really stood out was her professionalism and energy. Even while handling multiple tables, she stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Our order was accurate, came out quickly, and she made the entire experience feel welcoming and smooth.
It’s rare to find service that makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a guest, but Katrina did exactly that. She truly represents great customer service and made our visit to IHOP even better.
We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Katrina!

I went on pancake day so I knew that there was going to be a longer wait although the place didn’t look busy just a couple of people there. When I walked in there was a family waiting ahead of me but there was no host. After around 10 minutes the other family left and I still waited until the host came which was nice and let us know that there was going to be a longer wait time. She sat us down and gave us our menus and we waited and noticed that the restaurant was slowing down so I thought a waiter might come by but no.After waiting around 40 minutes no one came by so I left and was very disappointed in the service I didn’t receive.

We had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Jenny! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out hot and delicious, and Jenny checked on us often without being overwhelming. She truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Great service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Jenny as our server again!
