There’s a bunch of us that flooded Culvers Friday night. Damon was the cashier taking orders and he handled it like a pros pro. I used to work fast food back in the day and this guy has customer service I rarely see. Hats off to the man and the food was spot on good also.

I love Culver’s! Especially because they offer gluten free buns, I usually go a few times a month. However the last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve forgotten something in my order. First it was the sauce for our chicken strips, then the mayo and ketchup for my burger (it has to come in packets when you order a gluten free bun so my burger was completely dry), and today they forgot our fries. I understand it happening every once in a while but something has been missing from my bag 3 times in the past month.

Culvers seems to be the only place as of late that has been consistently great every time we’ve gone. The food takes a bit to come out but its always 100% fresh and the servers and workers always have a smile on their face. Ive only tried the chicken products but I have to say it’s one of the best sandwiches around.

2 stars is generous. Butter burger bun nothing like the pictures, meat patty so thin, 30 cents for a tiny slice of tomato, 35 cents for thousand island not on burger but a container and the worst onion rings I have ever had anywhere, small thin overcooked skimpy portion. This was my first time at Culver’s and I don’t think I’ll give it another try. DISAPPOINTED!

I had the warmest welcome when I had entered. Damon took our order, he was very thorough, and truly exceeded customer service skills! I did not want a drink and he offered me a water cup! Truly an awesome person. You dont get that kind of service often places. He really knows what he is doing. And is amazing at it! Thank you Damon! You really made my day alot better.

Just an awful experience ordering for pick up. First and last time I’ll do that. Spent 70 on some burgers. Didn’t know how to add gravy on the site. So I asked for some when I got there. Was told I had to get off and come in to pay for them. I was escorted in and charged the 1.05 for 3 sides of beefy gravy. The manager was kind enough to refund me the dollar. P.S. Seen the lettuce since I’ll have to reheat my burger, this is unacceptable.
