I walked in, and I wanted to say how nice.
The staff was working together focusing on the goal, which was to get the food out to perfection. I haven’t had wings this good in a while. They were still plump, and Juicy cooked all the way. I showed up around lunch hour, so they were pretty busy in the drive.Thru and inside the restaurant and again I wanna say how impressed I was with everyone because everybody was focused when it was time to go. I ordered six wings and cheesy fries. Man, was it delicious, very happy with my choice. I had a Root beer. Came out great. Everything was great.Just wanted to leave my review on how good of a job everybody was doing. Keep up the great work .

New restaurant very clean and plenty of room for dine in. Food was better this time around. Employees still just seem like they do not like their jobs. I got the regular cheese steak. Really good flavor, well made. My wife ordered the honey hot wings. Great flavor, cooked perfectly. Cheese sticks were hot, fresh made. The service got a 3 because Charleys had sent me a free cheese steak on the app. When I ordered I pressed the redeem in store. I was informed that they do not use the app at the store. So now the timer has started on my free sandwich which I will not be able to use now. As you can see in the pictures, it shows the app is being advertised every where. Food was very good and will definitely come back even though I lost the free sandwich.

For the price point you can do better. I think the food was mediocre and expensive for what you actually get. I wasn’t impressed with this location. I think they can do better and more to be on par with other Charley’s establishments. My wife’s cheese steak was dry and looked like shoe leather. The cheese was thick and hard. Our fries looked old and were cold. The staff did make another batch of fries at our request. The staff was however friendly and helpful. The interior of the building looks like they married an old run down restaurant and this Charley’s business. The kitchen looks new but the front side except for the tables is dated and old. The bathrooms are definitely in need of updating and repair.

This was our first visit after reading many controversial reviews since their opening. The menu is respectful and even though some complain of pricing there are smaller and more budget friendly options available. The food looked great and the cheesesteak does not have a strong steak um flavor like others have claimed. It does have a similar base taste if searched for. The only complaint during our visit would have to be directed towards the staff in which one member wore her pants so heavily sagged it exposes undergarments beneath. Uh no, that’s not what customer want to see in a restaurant.

Brianna immediately assisted us at the register with kindness and was extremely informative on the ingredients for the meals we chose, she was very attentive and did not rush us. The restaurant was clean and the food was piping hot fresh.

This was the most inedible disgusting food i’ve ever ate in my life. I am physically sick to my stomach right now. Cheese whiz on the fries, frozen gummy boneless wings, and the poorest quality chicken i wouldn’t even feed my dog. The fact that this place is 4 stars overall right now is mind boggling. I’ve never left a negative review but this place has to get it together. The Charleys in the malls are nothing like this.

This is a good example of a Charley’s Philly steak. Ate here on a Thursday in May 2024. It was good food served quickly. It is fast food, and it was tasty. I will go here again.
