Overall good experience with this Dunkin’. Just two things need to be addressed here that employees cleanliness and their dress up. One staff was changing garbage bags and then he started talking orders & making food ready though he has gloves on but still he supposed to wash his hands after changing garbage bags.

After parking in their lot out front, I walked in, was greeted by the cashier and my order was taken immediately. The coffee I was served was hot and freshly made. The doughnut was fat and delicious. The place was spacious, with ample seating. A very good experience. ♿️

Why is it that stores in Baldwin always look disgusting? I love this town and wish the establishments that earn their livelihood here did too!

My neighborhood Dunkin, not much to say other than a typical Dunkin Store/Restaurant. Been there a bunch of times and what I like the most is they always get my order right … soooo so proud of that.

Always gets my order wrong. The service at this Dunkin’ is terrible — I’ve started driving down to Sunrise just to get decent service. This location really needs to step it up.

It was terrible I want in told the lady in the cash register that I was going to pay half of two different cards because why not I’m a customer and she look like she was not paying attention and then I pay half of my order then I’m going to pay the rest in my other card and she said that I told her I was going to pay cash half card and I told her no I don’t have cash. I told her no because I don’t have cash only card and she said that I need to pay cash because she put it in as cash and I told her to cancel the order and she said that she CANNOT CANCEL the order and she was demanding that I pay for it because she said the register was short and she said that I can Zella her the money or go to the nearest bank to get cash. That made me feel so uncomfortable and I was literally crying and she told me to leave and I left with half the stuff that i bought terrible never going back there never again

The slowest DD I’ve ever seen! I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before getting there and it still wasn’t ready! I get that they’re busy in the mornings, but how does it take half an hour to microwave 2 wraps? Give these people half an hour to make your order!

Please do not buy anything from this place!!! horrible staff, the lady behind the counter was completely rude decided to continue counting the register money even though there was a long line. my order was halfway completed. This happened Oct 13 ,2024 at around 2:45 pm. If you are the owner of this place, please watch the cameras and see how many customers left because of the long wait and the horrific attitude this worker had. I will never come to this place again please go somewhere else.

Every time we come after 8 pm and want to buy a latte the machine is always being cleaned. Never fails. I can understand 15 minutes to closing.
