Tonight I ordered the Shrimp Creamy Pesto Pasta and Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. I was told delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it arrived well after an hour. When I opened the bags, both orders were wrong.
The Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli had no broccoli and was made with pesto sauce instead of Alfredo, while the Shrimp Pesto Pasta was made with Alfredo sauce and broccoli. Not only was this disappointing—mainly because it was the second time our order was wrong—but I’m allergic to broccoli, which could have caused a serious problem.
When I called the owner, he acted like it was no big deal and kept repeating that they had someone “in training.” While I get that mistakes happen during training, it’s management’s responsibility to make sure the trainee has proper supervision. I told him this, but instead of apologizing or understanding, he kept deflecting blame.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with the owner. He rarely admits responsibility when the restaurant is at fault and tends to blame the customer instead. His attitude seems arrogant rather than apologetic or helpful.
We’ve been loyal customers of Domenic’s Pizzeria for years, but this was the last straw. We’re no longer ordering from them and strongly recommend that anyone who does ask the person on the phone to repeat your order to ensure it’s correct.

Stopped in for a slice of pizza…we’ve all been there, Starvin’ and not expecting the best.. not expecting much.. this place is a GEM! Great pizza! Friendly staff, and next door to Fair 4 all pawn shop.. also great people. If you find yourself remotely close by, do yourself a favor. Goodness!

I get the chicken pesto and color purple speciality pizzas every week at least once. They’re some of the best pizzas I’ve had anywhere. They’re pretty consistent with getting the orders right and the estimated time.

I was in the area to get a tattoo when I stumbled upon this pizza shop. I am so absolutely happy that I found this gem. Not only was the food delicious but the owner and staff were absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was clean, organized and friendly. The pizza was delicious, fresh and the best I ever had! I highly recommend this place to anyway in the PA area.
