Arrived ten minutes past when my pizza was meant to be ready for a pickup. There was only two people on staff who quite frankly didn’t seem like they had been working there long. They were stunned to say the least that I was there to pick up my order.
I was told it would be “a few minutes” before my order was ready and that they were short staffed. I said it was totally fine and went to sit down. Ten minutes pass, a few more employees materialize, and I ask again, how long? They genuinely didnt seem to know what I was talking about, until one of the new people looked up my name and informed me that TWO ORDERS were ahead of mine.
How on earth does that constitute a few minutes?!
The employees here seem ill prepared to handle any kind of rush, to the point that I was ready to grab a hat and hop onto the line myself! It was absolutely insane. I’ve never sat at this long of a wait and this was at 8pm!!! I have never received such shitty service since I moved here three years ago!
Pizza was due at 7:41

Editing to add that the tall woman with the nose piercing was incredibly rude when I asked for the store number.
I’m sure they hated interacting with me as much as I hated dealing with her, given the fact that I asked a whole three times about my order in the almost hour that I waited on my food. It worked out in her favor though, as can’t imagine I will suffer through this service at this location again.
TLDR: Horrible time management skills, terrible communication skills by the inexperienced employees present and rude supervisor makes this a horrible location to visit. Don’t waste your time. Go to the other one.

I don’t know who is running this store but they need to be seriously looked into. This specific Papa Johns has been progressively getting worse since November of 2025. When we ordered our first couple deliveries from this store after moving into our new home at the end of 2025, this store had to pass our orders to door dash every time and have door dash drivers deliver their products. Like the Papa Johns app rerouted us to door dash to track it every time. We then just ordered what will be our last order from this store and it took Papa Johns 2 HOURS to deliver it themselves. Map literally says we live 6 minutes from this store….2 Hours? On a Thursday? At 9:30pm? The food we just received from this store was gross. It tasted like leftovers, as if it had just been sitting. I would give this store a year for them to fix and rearrange management and their employees before ordering food here if I were you.

Put a order in for 2 pizzas for delivery… About a hour later I call about my order and it finally shows up cold .I call back they were replacing my two pizzas plus giving me a desert the manager also asked if I will send both of the pizzas back that I just got. Which is fine no problem. I asked do I need to come pick it up because I’m right up the road and she said no I’m going to send this right out as soon as it comes out.I then wait another hour. Finally the driver shows up and it’s a doordash driver with the pizzas and no dessert like the lady said. So I was just over it last night. it’s no need to call it again tonight complaining. I will wait until the morning to call. the lady that was on the phone this morning had a really bad attitude and got loud with me and when I got loud back she wanted to end the call. Just bad business. Over all I will never order from there again. Worst experience ever .I give zero stars. I think they need to get rid of everyone at that store and start all over with new staff.

The last 2 times I have ordered from papa johns were horrible the time before today the food made us sick for 2 days. Thos time it was undercooked and slimy because the dough was not done. It was so undercooked that the tip of the slices of pizza were litterally uncooked almost completely. We usually love papa johns when we get it. But here lately it has been nothing but bad experiences. Please check your pizza before sending them to the customer.

Placed an order through the app for dinner, spent just about what I had available. It deducted from my account but papa johns didn’t receive the order. I had to call online services, the manager informed me, But wasn’t nothing, in store could do bc it wasntnplaced over thebphone or in store. I had called back once online services drop call or i did. Thebmanager on duty, I forgot her name already, but it was her willingness to trust and still make me dinner to pick up, that im about to enjoy thanks to her and papa of course. She is definitely a keeper. And im sure her love spread in store.

Honestly the last couple of times I’ve ordered from this location have been amazing!, fresh high quality ingredients even late night which might not necessarily be the case for a lot of local pizza places, I had my order taken by a man who said his name was Trey he was very kind and helpful and made this experience even better. 10/10 definitely recommend

My pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and luke warm. Its also frustrating because I had to pay an extra $5 “delivery fee” and also tipped the driver 20% ($5.40, before I knew it would be 30 minutes late). I reached out to customer service online and have not heard anything back. It’s s been two weeks so I assume they dont care.

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered piza from Papa John’s, but I have done so a couple of times lately, and so far, I haven’t been disappointed. The food is typical fast food pizza, and it has met or exceeded my expectations. The real surprise from this location is the service. It has been excellent and the staff has been super friendly. My deliveries have been quick and typically arriving before the estimated delivery time. Tried the papadia’s and I really like them. The pizza has always been good.

I called in a carryout. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up in 15 proceeded to wait another 15 and still did not get a pizza nor was addressed so I’ll gladly be taking my money somewhere where they appreciate it.
