Just wish it wasn’t as expensive … Didn’t get the avocado ranch dressing or whatever it was called … I do appreciate that they don’t charge you for every single little sauce packet that you asked for. They were doing bingo which I thought was amazing. They also had a seek and find candy hearts, or if you found all the candy hearts you could get a small cone. My family participated in that while we waited for our food and I thought it was super cute and fun. There’s a lot of these companies nowadays like McDonald’s or Chipotle…. They want to drain all the humanity from the business…. Have fun and let the staff have fun too! Doesn’t have to be a miserable time.

We were only in line from start of order till food pickup only 8 minutes! Everything was in the bag ,fresh and delicious along with all necessary straws ,napkins,plastic ware and salad dressing packets ! Very ,very impressive team execution on all levels ! World class !!

The drive thru. Got 3 orders. They forgot to put straws and sauce in the bag. My nuggets weren’t grilled as I ordered. It was busy so I didn’t stop to look in the bag before I pulled away. They need to pay more attention to the little things.

I stopped for lunch and bought a salad for my husband, when he went to eat it he noticed a fly crawling around. He opened it up and the fly flew away but when he started looking at the salad notice fly eggs on the chicken! I called and they offered another salad which we quickly refused!! I can assure you their salads are NOT fresh!! I posted a picture showing the eggs.

Please Remove the mobile order lane for the drive thru. Line went so quick and was in and out no matter what time in less than 5 minutes now you gotta wait 10-15 minutes In a single lane because everyone is forced in one lane and theres only one person working with a tablet.
