Hello, my family and I went into the store on a Saturday night expecting it to be busy. It definitely was, but the service was alright there was only three people so I understand. There were a lot of people and multiple orders. What I’m aggravated about is we waiting 45-1hour to order and check out. One lady waited a hour just for one sub!! Shame on the manager for only have three people. When we went in not so long after the grand opening there was about 7-8 people just on just assembling!! It was amazing service very impressed! Today was something else the Women in the back was very rude to door dashers and mobile orders when asking how long it will take. It should not take her 10 minutes to spread mayo! Not only were they slow but one worker left while people were waiting for one hour!Think his name was Brian but not sure, and was very rude to all us customers. I work in fast food i know how hectic is can be when in a rush. Maybe they weren’t trained properly but I don’t know. I was very disappointed with work ethic definitely not a team players. Don’t get me wrong the food is very good and would maybe go back but after today I’m not sure. I definitely think there’s a crew member issue. Thank you for your time. The date was 11/22/2025 Incase the manager needs to know.

I love jersey mikes but have had so many issues with this location… they always make my sub wrong the three times I’ve ordered. Ask for no hots they loaded it to the point the sub was soggy. I added pickles they again put so much pickles the sub was soggy.

The food is very good and they cook it very well and make sure everything is made correctly. The customer service is perfect and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. It is a very safe and friendly atmosphere.

* 5 Great customer service. Friendly. They listen well to your order. They make Great Subs. Made fresh. They Cut the deli meats as you order it. I got the regular size. Lg. Original Italian sub. With fresh veggies. Tomato, onion, light oil and vinegar. Italian seasoning. Was delicious. My partner ordered the BLT Sub. He Loved it. We will definitely be going back. 2 LG subs reasonably priced+ food tax $26.80 not bad, Made Fresh. Take out. To go. There a busy sub shop. Please have patience. Thank you.
