First they had my order wrong, I was supposed to get thin crust,instead I got hand tossed. I called because there was no cheese on half the pizzas and they were burnt, when I called I basically got called a liar,he said he boxed the pizzas himself. So I went back up there with one of the pizzas, cuz they were all the same, I asked to speak with whomever I had just spoken to on the phone, so the young man who gave me my food the first time comes up,I open the box and show him there is no cheese on these pizzas, the whole time I literally pulled the pizza apart showing him there was no cheese while he insisted on saying it was cooked into the bread? Then he says we won’t be remaking any pizzas for you. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REMAKE, I WOULDNT WANT ONE FROM YOU. I simply wanted an acknowledgement and explanation on why it was like this. I ask him if he was the manager he told me yes, I asked him his name he refused to give me his name, so if anyone from district reads this please respond. I did not even ask for my money back I simply wanted someone to acknowledge the state of the food they had given to me. It was a large order. To be treated this way and lied to in my face, then to be denied the name of the person claiming they are the manager so I can make a formal complaint to corporate is totally unacceptable and this individual should be held accountable. This person claims they are the manager so at this point I’m just going to have to tell corporate that management treated me this way. If this is how your managers act, unprofessional, and like complete trailer park trash then yall need to do better. Trust me this ain’t over. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE, DONT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY. I only took one Pic I should have taken more sorry.

Ordered a pizza for delivery – never arrived ( 1-1/2 hrs later. Called the store and have been on hold for 30 minutes so far. No one is answering the phone. $30 for a freaking pizza ( yes, just one – they have the audacity to charge a delivery fee). The store is only a couple miles away and yes, we tipped generously while ordering. Not the first time we have had issues with this location. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Do not recommend

My family has eaten a lot of Dominos pizza over the years. A lot. The previous manager recognized me, and would meet me at the door with pizza. My last review was 5stars, two years ago.
Now? What you order a 14” pizza, you’ll get a 12”, and they’re most likely very late. It’s been like this the last few times. I called about this and was told the dough today was really fresh and shrunk and asked me to bring them back so they could see. Yunh huh.

Have been waiting over an hour for our food to delivered that I have alread paid for. No one will answer the phone. We have tired calling multiple times
Update: I went up there for a refund. Was told I had to wait for GM to call me at 3. She didn’t call so I called up there. I got a refund but she didn’t even bother to apologize for what her employees did. They need to be closed down.

Ordered 36 buffalo wings and a large pizza. Pizza was fine, wings had almost no sauce. This is the second time this has happened. To much money not to get what you ask for. Just pitiful on their part.
