The food is always absolutely delicious. Our current favorites are the taco nachos and taco pizza which we add a lot of extras. We can’t complain about any of the pizza we’ve gotten from here in a long time! It’s just always good! No matter what we get, or what time of day it is! Our only complaint at all is we wish they would bring back the pizza buffet!!!

Tried to order 2 large two item pies for 24. Didn’t want any topping on one of them for the kids. Didn’t mind paying the 24. Wasn’t looking for any money off. But since it was a 2 large “2 topping” deal they couldn’t do it. Don’t understand. That’s like free profit for them, down the drain.

Bad night for this place. I usually never have a problem or issue but tonight it was both. Their credit/debit reader was down, so no one thought to call customers who had phoned in pick-up orders and fore warn them, so they could get the cash they’d need to pay for their orders. I was told they had called the boss/owner who never answered their phone. Real professional, that move. THEN to top it all off, and after I’d nade a run to a nearest atm to get out the cash for my pizza, I get home to find out that it’s not the large pizza I ordered but a small one. Not a medium one…a VERY SMALL one. Not at ALL satisfied with this place. Oh, and yes, I called them and told them so AND I made a call to their corporate office. Truly bad customer service.
And, once again, ISSUES arise. This time I’d gotten a gift certificate for this place and NONE of the employees know how to process it with their “new system,” or so I was told by the young lady. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes (with my pizza already done and waiting. They apparently were waiting on someone named Louis/Lewis that clearly took his time getting from wherever he was to the register to assist. No apologies, no professional manner of speaking. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from this location again.

East of Chicago has always been our go to pizza joint. Fast delivery, food is always superb, friendly staff. Cory the delivery driver is awesome! There’s another great delivery driver I don’t know his name though I’ve tried many items on their menu and I’ve never tried anything that wasn’t top notch amazing.
