Friendly staff! Offered water and pup cups to our dog pack waiting outside. They were super sweet and lovely to talk to, I enjoyed my own Churro milkshake as well! ✨ 🙂

I normally love Coldstone, but I’ve been to this location twice, and it was TERRIBLE both times. It’s almost as if it’s not even affiliated with the real Coldstone.
The 20 year olds they have working in there DO NOT care about their jobs, or the customers. They make it plain to you, that they don’t even want to be there, and you’re inconveniencing them by making them come out to the front and work. They ALL had scowls on their faces, none of them wore gloves, and their shirt/jacket sleeves were dragging through EVERYTHING.
They also were playing some super explicit rap when there were kids in there.
Both times I visited, I didn’t get what I asked for, despite repeating myself 4 times. They don’t care what you want. They don’t even want to be there.
Just give your money to Graeter’s. They value the customer, they’re friendly, and the product is far superior. I’ll never go to Coldstone again. I don’t even know why I gave 2 stars for the $9 shake that was missing the add-ins I asked for.

This was our first time going in. Horrible experience. The music was blasting inside with Horrible profanity. We had our kids with us and it was so bad. It sounded like we were at a getto dance club. The lady was a heavy set girl with a long ponytail and she looked angry. Didn’t greet us when we came in. It was as if we disturbed her from coming in. She keep rolling her eyes. She was yelling at the people in the back to come up front to help with order. Then more people came inside and they just left probably from the loud terrible music and customer service and she just rolled her eyes again and was talking crap about them in front of all of us to her employees. She didn’t care that we were all standing there and could see and hear everything. It was crazy because it looked like all the employees were high when they came to the front. Bloodshot eyes. There was a black gentlemen in the back I think he was doing the choice of music because he was just standing back there messing around. They were clearly doing something back there other than working. We were all just interrupting there good time I guess.
I will not expose my children to that again or do my business here again. Good luck!

Unpleasant staff and ridiculously unsanitary. Nobody wearing gloves, filthy counter, filthy topping containers. It looked like nothing had been cleaned in months. Ice cream melting in the containers which is absolutely unsanitary. Not to mention the ice cream is mediocre at best. And they couldn’t keep track of orders. Definitely go to Graeters instead!!!

Amazing ice cream as always and staff were kind to us, came on a Thursday so it wasn’t busy and I got a chocolate icecream with brownies, whipped toppings, and gummy bears and it was delish definitely going again soon!!!!!

Terrible service. Called beforehand to make sure they were open and when we got there they refused to serve anything but plain ice cream 20 minutes before closing. They were also playing inappropriate music. Usually love Cold Stone but this was a terrible experience.

This is the worst run Cold Stone I have ever been to. Cooler was too warm. Ice cream was melting and dripping into the other flavors. Staff was inattentive and oblivious to the situation. They also ran out of chocolate. Find another location.

Absolutely terrible service, rude to tourists, domestic and foreign. Didn’t listen to orders, gave larges when ordered small, didn’t chop the toppings, bad ratio of toppings to ice cream, charged for the large we didn’t order. Busy, messy, workers standing around not paying attention. The prices match the location but in a franchise dependent of service, they fail miserably. Do better.

Cold Stone I my favorite ice cream, but this place is differeten because it located where you can have different activities like movie teaheater, acuarium, restaurants, walk beside the river, river boats, walk in the streets where there are a several restaurants and places to have fun, icing the summer time also out side activities like fair beside the river or just go and seat and relax. This time, I was during the winter time, and there was a gas fireplace where you could sit and warm up. When we are in the area, my younger kid always wants to come to this ice cream. He loves it.
