This Jack in the Box location has the best quality food I have ever had, from a fast food burger place. Much care is put into the meals every time I go. Burgers perfectly stacked and wrapped. It is also very clean. I did not expect it. The crew is not rude, and they were doing well days I went.

I’m glad the manager was on-site. We came inside and ordered our food. We waited a while but the manager seen it and told the workers to get our drinks. When she noticed our food was taking a while, she had them bring our food asap. The workers were more focused on drive-thru than dine-in but the manager was paying attention even though she was tied up doing paperwork.

Sloppy Sloppy burgers not put together with one ounce of pride. Everytime they get the order wrong having to drive back to get it. On one occasion the assistant manager called my wife a liar but little did she know I had the burger in my hand to prove they were in the wrong. Wouldn’t even compensate a free drink or fries after having to return to the store to get the order corrected plus the hour of my life I won’t get back making two trips and waiting. We shall not be going back to this establishment

On I 10 and Gulf street in Beaumont, Texas at the Jack in the box with Renee and rob. And Heather, amazing customer service. Wonderful speed and beautiful clean store couldn’t ask for better service. This will be my stop every week. Smiles on their faces even though they’re busy. Very respectful and caring people.If you are around this area off of m l , k , please stop by and see them it ordered a lot of tacos to feed the homeless 80 tacos to be exact and they were happy to make them no complaints as of other Jack in the box. I always get complaints attitude and don’t want to make them. So I appreciate these people helping me help others.
