Not even one to leave bad reviews but i just pulled up to get some breakfast, ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants hash browns and a small carmel coffee, had to wait like 5 minutes got the food hash browns were so freezer burnt AND burnt? The egg on the sandwiches was so wattery it was NASTY!!! The sausage was freezer burnt blah blah blah AND all of that was like 22 dollars? So honestly wouldnt waste your money or appetite here!!!

This is a great Dunkin donuts. The service was pretty fast, but most importantly they made my coffee exactly how I like it. The employees were good, but not super friendly, but I can deal with that since they made a great drink and breakfast sandwich. Give this DD a try and you won’t regret it.

I didn’t know that wax paper was an ingredient in the Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich! I would think someone would take the 2 seconds to remove that before heating it up. Especially since the manager hurries you away from the window to “clear traffic.” Guess they were in quite the hurry! The person behind me got ushered ahead of me, and got frustrated and drove off.
Is it common practice to pull cars forward away from the window all the time, no matter what? I have been here before when I was the only one in line, and still had to pull forward! Why? Makes no sense!

do the crossaints usually look like this? I was also rushed at the drive thru speaker & because of that they didn’t get my order right & payed for an extra drink. the person taking my order kind of had a little attitude, there was also no one behind me so i don’t know why i was being rushed

Not sure if it was the manager but the lady at the drive through told us they were out of the donuts we ordered on the app. They’re the only donuts we get here so she offered to make them fresh for us. Didn’t take too long. She was amazing for doing this. Truly great customer service.

I went to go pick up my order and the wraps I ordered were frozen cold iced inside. A serious health hazard. Ridiculous don’t get food from here. Workers rush when there’s no line.

I really hope the lady at the drive thru works there everyday (yes I know she needs a day off lol). She had really good energy and was super friendly! She even helped me let my bf know that I was saving money by not going to 7brew or Starbucks for my coffee.
