Service was awful they were too busy “attempting” to do shift change and apparently what seemed to be accusing a employee of being short in the register while being in front of customers yet the older lady, I don’t know if she was the mgr or what didn’t even use the register to take our order claiming their screens were down took our order on a receipt and took our card to the drive thru for payment ( ), and was busy arguing with her other employees that 1/2 our order was wrong and we had to wait again!!! Sorry but “gutbusters” aren’t good enough to warrant this hassle and unprofessionalism and the increase in $. Won’t be back.

Ok so I never leave a review but I felt like this was awful. My husband stop in and pick me up dinner as I had to work late. The food was awful it was drowning in grease and smelled like it was bad. We have always love little Krystals but now we don’t believe we will ever be eating there again.-10/10

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude..I paid for food they refused to make it when I went to pick up then didn’t want to refund me told me I would have to wait until the next day and I could call to try to get the refund.

I’m a truck driver and I had to walk up to the drive through window for service at the Dickson, TN location. At most places, not being in a car, I get turned away, but not tonight! On Saturday, the 5th of July, I was welcomed to the drive through by Tia who was pleasant and engaging and heartily took my order. The meals were made by Paul and I have to say, the chicken sandwiches I ordered were quite delicious.
For the price, I was surprised at how thick the chicken was and the fries I ordered made the meal.
I stopped to work out across the street for the following morning and I’m glad that Krystal’s was open. Good food and good customer service, if I’m in the area at some future point I’ll make sure to visit again…..

I was the only customer when I walked in. I ordered, paid and waited. Another customer walks in, they get their meal right away, I am still waiting. I finally get my order and leave only to find out that the order is wrong and no utensils. But the 2 employees were deep in conversation the entire time. How do you mess up an order with only 2 items and no foot traffic? SMH
