The place is dirty.
Trash on the floor in eating area.
One stagg member has her foot up on the phone on the waiting area.
Asked the cashier to speak to the manger .He said he is.I told him the place is untidy .He said they will clean it later.
While there one apparently staff members came from outside and went straight to the food serving area behind the counter her pants down in the back and expose her dirty looking underwear.
She was very unkept.
I remember when this place opened I saw to the staff membes.You have a nice clean new facility here.Keep it that way.
It’s an honor to have franchises in our community but we need to keep it.It starts with teaching our young people to present themselves well. No matter we’re they are.
It doesn’t take much to wear clean uniform and come your hair.
It makes you more presentable and cost a little.

Typically, I refrain from leaving bad reviews especially for fast food or establishments that are budget friendly because I understand there are sacrifices to keeping prices low, that said- customer service and basic human decency should never be a sacrifice. My best friend is 9 months pregnant and went to this local restaurant as a rare treat only to be made to feel humiliated, rushed, and unwelcome by several of the staff members. Upon arrival the girl at the register was rushing her along and displayed clear annoyance at taking the order – I assume so she can get back to her gossip which we walked in on which contained distasteful language and complaints about various men. Next, the team was laughing and making motions that left us uncomfortable and uncertain as to what or WHO they were talking about. They proceeded to yell across the room to male staff members on their break as far as what they wanted them to order from a local McDonald’s. It didn’t help that the order was both wrong and cold. I could go on but again- I understand this is still budget dining and I don’t hold a Burger King to high standards but let’s at least ensure the team is kind and professional. Bare minimum. Do better.

The food is always fresh. Service has improved. The only thing that was very concerning for me was the cashier at the first window taking my card and flipping it over to read the numbers on the back then walked away. After they came back they then processed my card for payment. My card was still flipped with the numbers facing up and the employee was still reading the bank of my card. Very uneasy and unsettling feeling.

This location is a joke. They don’t put everything you order in the bag so don’t drive off without checking it 1st. Also if they are out of drinks you order they’ll hand you a different drink without an explanation unless you ask the cashier-ist to come back to the window and explain why they’re handing you crap you didn’t order.
Odd thing is someone else that was with me in the car was told they were out of unsweetened tea and she was given the option to pick a different drink.. I wasn’t given that option.. who knows why. Also We ordered “half-sies” but they gave us fries but no half-sies. This location will rip you off. Again check everything before you drive away – check every time you go there..or try a different location.
