Took my order quickly and accurately in a friendly manner. Pizza came piping hot and the order was correct. The driver got here fast. It was delicious. Definitely recommend and will order again!

On Wednesday, March 5th I placed an order for delivery to my workplace.Got a notification that my order has been canceled.I tried to call the store and was hang up on multiple times as I was trying to call, i kept calling back finally a man answered and said the store is closed and then hung up on me again without even hearing me out. I work at a hotel and I will not be telling people that come here to order from here. The customer service i received was just terrible. I called back and asked why my order was canceled all for them to tell me its canceled because we are closed and he hung up again. Not okay. A simple im sorry but we are closed would have worked. I would leave NO stars if I could. I suggest you spend your hard earned money at another pizza chain.

Instead of Taco Tuesday we decided to order pizza. Best decision we made. We ordered online for delivery. Shortly after placing our order I received a call from D.J. who informed me they were out of wings and would I like to substitute or receive a refund. We asked for the brownies and we were not disappointed. Instead of a miscellaneous substitution or allowing a missing item delivery, he was kind and considerate in calling. He brought a smile to my face. During the call I could hear co-workers talking and laughing and that is where the 5 star rating came in for atmosphere. It sure was good to hear people laughing at work providing a service to me. The stuffed crust pizza and brownies were delivered piping hot and were absolutely delicious. Didn’t get the name of the nice Uber driver. I then took a moment of my time to call D.J. back to let him know how great everything was. I hope I brought a smile to his face! We can never give or receive too many smiles or say thank you enough to let someone know we appreciate them. Thank you D.J., other staff and our friendly Uber delivery driver. We will be ordering again

There are air pockets all over the place and that’s what made me realize that I had no sauce!!

Nothing special, I picked it up and it was ready pretty quick. No issues pizza and bread sticks were made correctly and was hot. Easy location to get to.

We got pizza here at a not super busy time, however, they tranfered our order to doordash delivery making the food delivered over 30 mins after the expected time. It not only arrived cold, but also was sent the wrong food.

This store is a trip. We ordered our pizza and it was never delivered. The store said it was delivered and it wasn’t. So we called the store and were promised a refund. Never got it. Stacy the manager of the Oak Creek. Wisconsin is a liar. They finally delivered an ice cold pizza, that we didn’t want. It was the same pizza that had been sent out the first time returned to the store by their delivery person and re delivered. It had a new label but they never covered up the old one that was sent out somewhere. I wouldn’t order from them again. Stacy the store manager is very unprofessional and nasty. Customer care is a bunch of people who don’t live in the US and couldn’t care less.

Horrible service. I was given the wrong food and then called a liar when showed them they were wrong. Workers were noticeably intoxicated. They became physically aggressive with me to get me to leave. Manager refused to do anything about it. Pizza places come and go in this area for the same problems so we’ll see how long this one lasts.
I don’t know what they do differently at this location. Pizza is bland with little cheese and few toppings. Definitely needs to used with the garlic sauce

Pizza came incorrectly made and raw, the cheesy sticks were raw as well. Called manager, was told we won’t get a refund, I asked why and she hung up on me. Called back, she picked up the phone and hung up again. Will never go back.
