If you’re looking for great food, great drinks, and an even better atmosphere, The Tater Patch absolutely delivers! ️
We came in for a Saturday lunch date and were blown away from the moment we walked in. This is a huge establishment with a classic jukebox , a massive fully stocked bar , and a welcoming, laid-back vibe that works for families, lunch outings, or a full-on weekend party scene.
The mushrooms deserve their own shout-out. They are HUGE, fresh, and served perfectly cold — absolute perfection dipped in their thick, ice-cold ranch . Hands down some of the best we’ve ever had.
My husband ordered the catfish basket, and let’s just say… he’s still talking about it. Crispy, flavorful, generous portions — definitely a win.
And the service? Top notch. ⭐️ Ask for Cowgirl — I think she said her name was Jennifer — but we were having such a great time we didn’t even want to slow the moment down. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience even better.

This is the very best place for fresh cooked food and large portions. Highly recommend you add this to your destination stop when traveling off 44hwy in the town of Rolla Missouri. The servers are great. Our servers were Cowgirl and Missy. Most stop.

Had an awesome meal here. Randomly stopped here on a road trip and it was well worth it. The place was packed, which is always a good sign, but our server Kayla got our drinks and food out to us quickly and she did an exceptional job! We both got the hand breaded tenderloin and let me tell you it was the best tenderloin we’ve ever had!!! This thing was huge. Well cooked with a great breading and a great sawmill gravy over the top. Please do yourself a favor and pop in here for a surfire delicious meal!

Had supper here on 6.12.2025 and 6.13.2025 and was served by Abby on both occasions. Spectacular Catfish and Spectacular Potatoes entrees!! Definitely will eat here again and Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through Rolla, Missouri. Returned on 10.16.2025 and was served by Awesome Abby again. This time I had the Pork Tenderlion and it was Amazing!!

Portions are hearty & the food is flavorful! We loved the Tator Keg appetizers and pork tenderloin fingers. Obviously, the Tater Patch is known for its massive stuffed taters! All 7 of us enjoyed our food and overall experience!

Our waitress, Kayla (I think), was excellent. I had a pulled pork tater and I thought it was great. I don’t really like baked potatoes, but this was a bit of a culinary adventure worth taking. No regrets.

Pork Tenderloin platter with double mashed potatoes for me and pork tenderloin sandwich for my other half. Will definitely be making another stop here when we travel through. Food was delicious and enough for 2 meals easy. Missy made sure our service was great.

The worst part about this place is that they were closed when we came back through on Tuesday.
We found them by happen-chance on Sunday evening after 12 hours in the car.
The buffalo chicken tater was great. The cat fish was incredible.
We were so pleased we tried to stop back again Tuesday night before heading home. Sadly theyre closed that day.
Real bummer, but if were ever in tne area we will come back!
