A very unique experience! We had the Mongolian Bar, something I’ve never heard of. You make your plate, variety of base( rice and noodles) vegis and meat and sauces. Let me just say I really mis-judged and ended up with a huge plate! When your done making your masterpiece, you take a few steps to grill chief and place your plate in the # slot. If you want additional zest of sauce/spice, you just let him know and the grilling begins.

I watched my jumble of yummy goodness get mixed together and was ready to eat!

It was fun, tasted great and the service was spot on terrific! My first time there as a treat and I want to do it again OH, and priced great too! Cheers to another adventure!

Both of our first time here on Sunday and we were both in agreement about being very underwhelmed.

Entrance decor and signs for specials was colorful yet a bit busy. Large multi page menu’s were both ripped up in at least 2 places per menu. It was like ripping off a label on a cardboard shipping box and dragging the top part of the box with it. Slow dinner service despite how empty in our section was at dinner. No music or tv on but it was eerily quiet verses relaxing listening to only my company or the servers talk.

Unsure why the type of cup used kept switching with refills of my hot black tea from a large brown mug to a bluish marble patterned cup and back again. (I am use to a traditional pot of tea and a small cup used at every other Asian restaurant I have ordered hot tea at so this was odd to me.) My company did not have this problem with his beverage.

Salad and soup were served promptly. One tiny wedge of tomato on top of a pile of lettuce doused in a third of a cup of very watery ginger dressing does not equate to a salad let alone a very good one. Hot and sour soup was average. My entree was served several minutes after my company was served. I would be all right with being updated that there was a minor delay so we can both be served hot food and eat together. Both of our entrees were ok but garnished with of a piece of kale with half of a maraschino cherry. The garnish did not make any sense to us since there is a minimalist approach to Asian cooking in general. So, since there is neither ingredient in our entree so why does it need to be there?

(The photo below is my entree a Peaking Duck half dinner.)

I was surprised that this was even an option here due to the price of duck. Yet, due to lack of providing a knife, or the presence of a server to ask for one for the next several minutes after my entree was dropped of, I had to resort to messily tearing into with a fork and my fingers to eat it. My napkin was soaked with grease when the server finally returned. The duck and sauce pairing was just okey so I may not order this dish again here. My company’s food was just ok too which would only be acceptable if we were dining at an all you can eat buffet. His fried rice must have not been that tasty either since he took one bite of it and was done with it. So much for the $2 upcharge for fried rice I suppose.

Prices overall was midrange for dinner at $32 for 2 with 2 drinks before tip. Decor was upscale yet minimal. Bathrooms were well stocked and maintained. Overall, both the food and dining experience was below average. What I thought was suppose to be an upscale establishment and experience for both of us was just overall disappointing.

I ordered spring rolls for dessert and it was definitely prefrozen eggrolls that come from a bag. And this shrimp below was in my shrimp tempura and when we asked the manager about it he said the shrimp had a big belly. The shrimp was also dry. The eel sauce taste like teriyaki sauce.

The place is beautiful. And it’s great if you get to eat in 1 of the 2 rooms that’s the traditional sitting on the ground way. The food is good, but not my favorite of sushi places. The sushi is also made fresh. The waitresses there are fantastic, I have only had a problem with a waiter. I recommend you go at least once.

Nice place. Service was good. I tried the Mongolian grill. The food was prepared nicely and I enjoyed it. This is mainly for folks who like sushi and different types of stuffed rolls. The prices were pretty much what I expected, between $15 to $20 per person. Give it a try.

Love, love, love this place. It was my first time and it’s my new favorite place for sushi and good food! The staff was super friendly and got our lunch out in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable. Very clean with some awesome decor!

Best little sushi place I have ever accidentally stumbled upon. We were actually looking for Pho and google took us there and it was amazing. First when you walk in the door they have this amazing recessed pond in the floor. The servers are super cheerful. They also have these little Japanese style sitting areas and as a joke we asked if we could use it expecting her to say no and she was like sure go for it. They have an all you can eat Mongolian grill for a decent price and there Halloween roll was awesome . Great job all around guys.

The service is pathetic. We want sushi~ don’t want to drive to E’town, so we deal with the inept hostesses and service personnel. Our last visit was a Thursday evening around 7(pm). As we walked in four people were ahead of us. We waited approximately 12-15 minutes and people came in after us. I noticed more empty seats, in the dining area, than filled. Logic would dictate, if the seats are empty the service people aren’t busy!! Whatever hang up the hostess was having was not ours~ anyone could have seated the customers and corrected the congested lobby. This is not the only time this has happened. I decided to speak publicly about it in hopes better (future?) service. In my opinion, this is a direct reflection of poor management.

Amazing experience, food was served at an adequate time my server name was Rachael who exceeded my expectations. Very prompt and have terrific knowledge about the menu . Not really a dessert selection but ice cream and cheesecake was delicious nice mild tone setting , food is fresh which is a plus but drinks are a tad bit bland . But overall my experience FIRST experience at that was exceptionally great .
