Unbelievable! I placed an order st 6pm! Says it wont be ready until 6:40. Got an email at 6:59 saying its ready here it is 7:18 My husband still hasnt got our food! There is a line out to the street! I went through the drive through and ordered 1 pep and cheese pizza, 1 cheese pizza and 2 orders of the crazy bread. Gave him my card got the receipt back and it was $30 he charged me for 2 pepperoni pizzas. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it And went ahead and kept it because the kids had extra for the next day. When we got home and opened the boxes you could tell the pizza sat for way longer then it should of. Not only was it cold but the crust was rock hard. Ended up throwing 2 1/2 boxes away because the kids wouldn’t eat it.

Little Caesars has never been nothing special but the new owners of this place are going to run it down to the ground. Terrible customer service, to busy talking to each other About their Hakki sack tournament. I ordered two pizzas. I guess there is a sausage shortage in the US now because there was barely any toppings on my pizza.

Just received an order that’s inedible. Sauce is completely dried with crusty pepperonis. Breadsticks are undercooked. So bad we had to throw it out. Called for a refund and was offered 15% refund back. She “escalated” the issue but said I might not hear anything back. What?? So disappointing. Will never order from here again.

Actually ordered our pizza on line so it would be ready at a certain time. Showed up at the drive thru window, they could barely speak English. Had to show them the email where I ordered. So they asked me to pull up and they would bring it out. Ok, I was 5 minutes early, so thought ok! That’s fine. Sit outside toward the back of the building for 15 minutes. They handed a pizza to the car behind me with only a few minutes wait. I honked my horn, the guy actually crawled out the drive thru window and asked me what I was waiting on. I tried to tell him who I was that I ordered it on line and it should be ready. Even left a tip. The manager comes to window, says oh I am so sorry I put it out front. While I am waiting in the drive thru, my pizza gets cold. I backed up to the window, he hands me cold pizza, and oh well here are some Little Ceasar cookie’s “He’s so sorry” I can only take so much of these people who can’t speak English yet want to come and work at an American staple restaurant!!! Learn the language and make sure when you talk to someone at the window about their order you don’t place it in the walk in kiosk up front by the door. Should have asked for my tip back!! Won’t be going to Little Ceasar’s EVER AGAIN! WE HAVE A TORONI’S just across the highway. Feeling a little ticked off! So you get 1 Star so I could leave this review!
