Did not receive the item I ordered and the employee kept lying and insisting it was. I left a generous tip on carry out too. They put peanuts in food that wasn’t supposed to have peanuts and we have allergies. The prices have increased and portions are super skimpy. Employees are rude. They used to be soo good but I’ll never come back now.

I am completely puzzled by negative reviews on the food. I use the Collinsville location. I almost always do take-out. Eating in is Fine – not fancy, but clean and good service. The combo meals we order are always delicious, very generous portions. If you can use the coupons, the pricing is wonderful, but, if nor, still fair. I order for family pickup. You take all the different sauce packages you want. I have easily picked up 50 combo orders plus crab Rangoon plus egg rolls in the last year. Maybe 4 or 5 different combo choices.
I am disturbed that some reviews state that the tip jar money goes to the owner. If true, that is unacceptable. I will find out today if that is true. Give them a chance. Of course, with delivery, you risk issues.

Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Placed an order from doordash. Food was delivered hot and tasted delicious. The crab rangoon was creamy and tasty. The pork wonton soup tasted fresh, and had good solid flavor. The orange chicken had a robust flavor, and was cooked perfectly. The stir fried vegetables were also super tasty. Overall, very happy with this restaurant. Will definitely order again.

I’m a truck driver from California, every time I drive near St Louis (which is at least once a month) I always stop in and get their House Fried Rice and a St. Paul and let me tell you they never disappoint!!!!!! Rice is amazingly flavorful and the St. Paul is crunchy on the outside , soft and flavorful on the inside, not like other places!! I highly recommend New China!! Stay blessed everyone…….

Hot fresh and delicious. The girl taking orders had difficulty understanding us while tryin to order. I’m not sure if it were for the differences of our native tongue or if she was like myself and hard of hearing. It was obvious the thick plastic covid shield was an added barrier causing further communication issues. It looked like the place could have been very new as the had shipments of towel and napkin dispensers laying around. Over price mediocre but I cannot stop eating this delicious veggie rice and it’s super hot temp. Really great tasting.

Ordered 2 sweet n sour chicken combs & the chicken was completely burnt. You couldn’t even bite through it. I am at home with a sick baby and 10 year old twins & they would do absolutely nothing about it -No credit or deliver chicken that was cooked properly.. nothing!! Very disappointed in the lack of care/concern they give their customers & that they would have food delivered that you couldn’t even eat.. oh & charge you $30 for it!! I’ve been up for 2 days with a sick child & just wanted Chinese for me and my children.

I call after my order was 20 mins late and they started giving me excuses and even try to tell me I place the order 20 mins after when I have my recipe on my email that states the time I place my order.. After having me on the phone for like 56 minutes, day said they going to give me a refund. I ask a couple of times, if my order was still gonna get here cause I didn’t want to be waiting for nothing and she keep telling me yes it will. 2 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO FOOD. Don’t recommend for delivery.

I ordered the cashew chicken. First time I’ve ever seen diced zucchini and mushrooms in this dish. Yuck! Picked out the mushrooms.
They don’t have shrimp egg rolls or pork fried rice, so I probably won’t order from here again. But what I did order was pretty good.

I ordered the special egg foo young that contains chicken beef and shrimp. Very well prepared with a great gravy that goes with it. I would definitely eat here again, and hope for the same. Carry out service was fine; The ladies oatthe counter were nice.
