They cook their bagels until they’re black, I was cut off mid order and was told to come to the window. The atmosphere seems dark and unwelcoming. This place was bought out recently and doesn’t feel the same anymore. The bread in the following photos is both stale AND overcooked. Hoped this helped prevent a waste of your hard earned 6 dollars everyone. Take care.

Service was below par. There was two younger men working and both seemed Very frazzled. The building was extremely hot and uncomfortable to wait in unlike any other time I had been in there before. Ultimately Why I’m writing this review is because my order was wrong. He gave me a sandwich instead of bacon and I had to remind him that I had a drink with my order. I did also purchased the stuffed bagel minis, and those were good that was about the only positive part of this experience

Really not a fan of their coffee too much caffeine and not great taste. Donuts are good but way too expensive. Can buy 1/2 dozen at jewel for less than half price

Don’t order a muffin from here, they must let them sit out for 3-5 days and think they can still be served to humans. Disgusting. Do better. Coffee was good.

No matter how busy this place is or understaffed it is when I come in they always make my coffee exactly how I like it and are always so patient with me. I would much rather go to this Dunkin than the other one here in Lockport.

This used to be my go-to dunkin, but recently it’s really fallen off. I went through the drive thru today and it took 10 minutes to even have my order taken because whoever was working was taking orders one at a time. Mind you the line was 5 cars deep behind me too. The sandwich and coffee were acceptable at best

Went here at noon on a safurday just for some hashbrowns. First off, the lady at the speaker sounded very rude and just kept saying “ANYTHING ELSE?????” while cutting me off. Then i wait at least 5 minutes at the window for my order, mind you there was no one in line when i placed my order at the speaker. So im thinking, oh they must be cooking them so they will be fresh when i get them, oooh yay! WRONG… they taste like they have been sitting in hot holding for 3-5 business days and then chewed up and spit back out. I tried contacting this establishment right after trying a bite and realizing how vile my hashbrowns tasted but they do not pick up their phone. Whoever thought that these hashbrowns were safe for human consumption needs to be fired immediately. They taste undercooked yet like they were in the hot holders for HOURS.

None of the Dunkins in this area are good. This is the worst location. Lazy employees that don’t even acknowledge your presence. They don’t even use delivery bags for the drivers they just hand you everything.

I went to Dunkin today and ordered a iced matcha with cookie butter cold foam and the worker over the driver thru speaker said cookie latte ok and I corrected him saying it was a matcha latte with cookie cold foam he said pull forward and I did and surprise surprise it was a cookie butter latte I said I asked for a match iced latte he said ma’am no you didn’t I have a speaker in my ear and he brought over another worker and said we heard you I then said would it be possible to get my drink switched not wanting to argue he said you know we have to throw this away now and I said I’m sorry but this isn’t what I ordered and he said ok I have to charge you again even after they took the wrong drink back and gave me a match unmixed with the powder all at the bottom I then apologized about the situation and he closed the window mid sentence very horrible experience at this Dunkin and horrible service.
