*Please look at photo first* I am a big fan of fried chicken. Sadly I won’t ever go back to this establishment. My past experience as a KFC head cook, gives me the foresight to know that I have been served old chicken. Chicken Filets shouldn’t ever have this much bruising as opposed to chicken on the bone. Aged chicken should cook white, especially in a filet with no blood pockets. My experience as a head fried chicken cook points to the fact this establishment is disregarding their best use dates.
Along with management not wanting to be upfront with me about how this is a problem. Told me since I ordered through the Popeye’s app. He can’t help me. Can’t provide a number for customer support, payment services, district manager. Could not be persuaded to help other than suggest their may be a hot line in the app that can be dialed.
With all of this said, I will enjoy finely fried chicken elsewhere from now on.

Ordered my food online close to closing time. Despite in app confirmation AND email confirmation that the order was received, and my money taken, they denied an order and even said they had no chicken. They even refused to look at the order number I had. Meanwhile a walk up at the drive thru was served with smiles and sweetness. Then when called to refund the charge, they ignored the phone and their voicemail was full.

Store is unwilling to assist. Manager says she wasn’t working so she can’t help in any way…..no person to talk to through chat or on the phone….you can only go through email, so it takes days to resolve anything (ignoring the holiday days). I see replies from the “owner” to other reviews saying the customer should feel valued and heard. I DONT. I was ignored by email rep when requesting a refund for a product I NEVER received, hot a supposed manager via phone after over a dozen calls today and was dismissed, talked over and told she would “talk to her team” but there was nothing she could/would do and I am left having to check my email an inordinate amount of times in hope the rep replied to my repeated request for a refund. A company should feel ashamed for this kind of experience. While normally I would not post a negative review, let alone update and be so growls, this is what horrible treatment will result in. While “the customer is always right.” Is not right…..they are who can help make or break a business with word of mouth and I will spread it. I already won’t ever support Popeyes again.

4:30pm on a Saturday. Walk in and nobody behind the counter. I stood there for about 3 minutes but seemed like much longer when I notice one person in the back standing there staring at me. He finally said something to a woman who came around the corner asking “what do you want” I replied “Hello, how’s it going?” no response. I ordered and went to sit at a table(there was nobody else at all in the restaurant) out of the 14 tables there were zero that had been cleaned off, I had to go get napkins and some water and wipe one down myself. My food came, it looked like it was left over from lunch, although it was very hot so the heat lamps work. For the money they charge for just chicken, I was all around disappointed. Won’t be going back

Corporate replied to my response with a whole lot of nothing. Could have offered a gift card to other locations of Popeye’s. But now I feel like I just shouldn’t eat Popeye’s at all anymore. Sarcastically, thank you for the reply. And I fully believe that you will try to rectify this so others don’t get food poisoning at your hands. Lol I wish I could actually believe that.

Great place but expensive. 3pc combo meal with Mac for $14 something. Maybe I haven’t at out much lately but those portions didn’t seem like it should be that much. Staff was cool though.

Friday night and the staff was not well planned out. Some employees not doing anything at all. We waited 30 min for our order. THEN, we get home with our food and find a hair with our chicken and questionable smelling coleslaw that wasn’t even fully portioned. This place is in dire need of better management asap. Gross

My son and I just ate here and it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we went inside and waited at the front counter to order, there was a young man and woman working there, if you can call what they were doing “work”. At first we were ignored completely, then after a little while, the lady said “we’ll be with you in just a moment” while the both of them continued to look at whatever the young man was showing her on his phone. They were ignoring customers to look at their phone! If I wasn’t in a hurry to eat and get on with the events I had planned that evening, I would have just walked out. Even after we got our food, the young man continued to play on his phone instead of working for the majority of the time we were there. I will never be going back to this location. I can’t believe this place hasn’t gone out of business yet.

They were out of everything, the boneless chicken in my daughtes kids meal and hard as a rock and cold. She couldnt even eat it. The employee didnt seem to know the product/menu at all. Dont recommend.

Ordered 2, 3 piece chicken strip meals. Hispanic woman that works in there is neither friendly or nice. And didn’t give either one of us are biscuit that it’s supposed to come with. And when you call no one answers the phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. I think it’s time to stop going there, won’t be long and they will be closed. Who ever bought into this business must not care clearly. Hopefully people stop going and they have to close just like when we had KFC that is no longer in St Helens either.

I ordered Mac and cheese for $4.99 (regular size). They didn’t fill it up all the way. Compare to how much I get to the price. I think it is expensive.
