The Chick-dil-A on Germantown Pkwy near Wolf River Blvd in Memphis,TN served me the best Chick-fil-A Deluxe Chicken sandwich thai I have ever had at any other of their chain resturant. Kudos to the cooks and wait staff for such a delicious meal made ready for me to be on my way in les than 3 minutes in the drive through. I cannot wait to revisit this eatery for another wonderful meal.

This chick fil a always takes a long time with the drive thru. I just don’t understand. No matter what time you come, how many workers taking orders, line length, it just takes a long time. I’m comparing this to many other chick fil a’s I’ve visited. They should explore how to improve this. It’s honestly ridiculous, especially when you’re on lunch break.

Bad customer service! Just sat on the side of the road, not even at the restaurant for 15 minutes waiting on a mobile order of 1 breakfast bowl. When I complained the worker said something smart and walked out. I have never experienced such bad customer service at Chick-fila!

First pulled up and was in the drive thru lane and it was about 7 cars ahead and then changed while in line to the Mobil app and skipped that line and my order was ready by the time I made it around the corner. Ordered chik mini and they were delicious and hot.

Buying lunch for 2 from the drive through. I bought a Cobb salad, a number 1 and a kids strip meal. My sever was Marcus and he’s was great! Very friendly and personable. He took my order expeditiously and accurately. The others at the window were also fast and efficient. While my order was correct. The food was not as fresh as we expected. Manet it will be better next time.

I really need to stop coming to this location. Nearly every time there is a new reason it takes forever.. This time? Mobile drive thru. There is no QR code to scan so the menu drive thru is way backed up and the regular drive thru is flying thru. No attempt to do anything about the mobile line as we just sit here. You never know what luck you’ll have here… it’s rarely consistent and that’s literally the most important thing about Chikfila: consistency.

My particular Chick-fil-A location on Germantown Parkway seems to be struggling with its drive-thru process. I really enjoy the mobile-thru feature but they have got it a little confusing and a lot of times the other lane is the best Lane.

I’ve never been disappointed in Chick-fi-A went through drive thru young lady act as if she didn’t want to take my order. Pick up my order the young man was dry short & rude. Got home with my food VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY BREAD WAS OLD & FOOD COLD. You pay $10.00 for a meal & this is what you get. Smh not returning

Just another chic fill A. I have always been a fan of them when it comes to fast food. I love their spicy sandwich, and southwest salad, or morning biscuits. I love the way they manage their drive through crowd, especially since the pandemic time. This no contact drive through operation is the best in the us I guess. This location is just another usual chic fil A. However, they were pretty slow. I was visiting at a time after the usual peak dinner hours. So the crowd was far less. Still they took a long time to move. Well, I assume that’s a bad day. The food was usual. I was super hungry. So I ordered a southwest salad which was fresh and very filling. And a spicy sandwich, which was hot and exactly the way I love.
