Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!

Owner needs to retrain some boys on customer service and helping other workers. 4 employees, 3 were boys. 1 boy was helping the girl. The other 2 boys keep going into backroom and not helping. In no time we had 3 or 4 people backed up behind us. No orders being taken. The girl was doing the best she could to get subs out. She needed help that was there but not working. I was very happy to get this franchise in Harborcreek. I hope the employee issue gets fixed.

Absolutely miserable staff. These boys didn’t acknowledge us, took forever for them to take our order. By the way, there was nobody else in there.
Ordered 2 GIANT subs and 2 large drinks.
Had to ask for our cups. Kid couldn’t wait to go in the back room. The entire time we were there the 3 of them were nowhere to be seen, even as orders were coming over the machine for take out.
As for the subs, pretty skimpy. Hardly any cheese or peppers and onions.
Don’t know if I’ll go back. Whoever has this franchise you might want to give your staff a refresher course on customer service. For
33.00 plus dollars, we should have gone across the street to Applebee’s or next door for Chinese food.

Could be because we ordered through door dash but my $11 chicken bacon ranch bowl was a couple spoonfuls of shredded lettuce, and a tiny bit of tomatoes, some chicken, bacon, and sauce. It would maybe feed a toddler. I feel scammed. The $21 “giant” sub was no bigger than a subway footlong. Taste was good but portions/pricing is way off.

Stood here for 10 minutes before a new employee was walking in for his shift. Only reason I was waited on was because he walked in while I just stood here. I give him 5 stars for getting right to work. But absolutely ridiculous.

I have been a subway customer for many years but I absolutely love the #9 sub from jersey mikes! It tastes so good and fresh! My orders are always hot and ready when I get there and the service has always been friendly and fast!

We love having Jersey Mike’s in Harborcreek! We didn’t have power the other night and needed dinner. Our go to is always Jersey Mike’s. I went in for our pick up order and the staff immediately welcomed me into the store. I had my 1 year old with me and they smiled and engaged with my child while I was picking up my order. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Our food was also delicious like always! Highly recommend!!

I paid for and ordered a mike’s famous philly bowl and received less than a half sub after paying for extra meat & extra cheese. When I called the manager was ignorant and argued with me that it was made the right way after checking with the person that supposedly made it. I told her I have a photo of the unopened container to prove it and only offered to remake it. I was not driving out again due to their ignorant and behavior. Had she been more professional, basically calling me a liar, it would have turned out much different.
If it had been the same way as previously ordered, it wouldn’t need re-make or even taking responsibility. When I thanked her for basically doing nothing she very condescendingly said thank you. I don’t appreciate the attitude as I was not mean nor ignorant toward and advised I would complain to the corporate offices for her behavior and never return to jersey mikes again. This is just to let people know to stay away from the East side location as the customer is always wrong.

Harborcreek jersey Mike’s is no where near as good as Pittsburgh ave. Location. My sandwich was soggy with grease, the rolls forgot the rosemary. The girl at the counter was rude. This is the second time we have tried this location, next time we will travel the extra distance to get good sandwiches.

Pretty good! Nice staff, good location, a little pricey. The bathrooms were nice and clean! One star off only because I wasn’t a big fan of their tuna, but you play a dangerous game getting tuna so it’s more my fault than anything.
