We enjoyed a great meal. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and seated right away. The food arrived swiftly and was fresh, hot and delicious. Our waitress staff, Chyanna and Sidney, were outstanding. They were very attentive, and we wanted for nothing. They were both very friendly and didn’t mind our special requests. It was a fabulous evening.

We went to Red Lobster tonight for my husbands birthday and had the best time! We had Hudson and Amari as our servers and they went above and beyond to make our dinner special! They were the absolute best servers we ever had. We laughed and just had a great time celebrating. We will definitely be back and asking for them every time!

To get this review started I’d like to say Tiffany was an amazing server and made sure it was a nice experience. I shared a sea food boil and it was greatit had plenty of butter on top. This location has a beautiful ship harbor interior. I absolutely adored my experience.

Our server Tiffany was great! Attentive, kind, and conversational. Her experience as a server really shows and I hope to dine with her again. Every member of the staff was so kind and took the time to speak with us. We have not had great luck with resturants in the area so we were apprehensive but I am so glad we gave it a shot. One young lady kept the dining area spotless. She even dealt with a rude customer next to us with absolute grace and kindness. Everyone here was just so professional it really made it feel like more than just a red lobster. The food was fantastic. Everything was brought out while it was steaming. There was not a gap in our service, we always had fresh drinks and were always asked if we needed anything. It was so nice to go to a place where people try so hard to make a strangers evening fantastic. We really look forward to going again and maybe we will be lucky enough to have Tiffany be our server again.

The food was delicious and our waitress Chyanna was wonderful! She was always polite and friendly. My fiance got the bacon cheeseburger and I got the Cajun chicken fettuccine Alfredo. For dessert we got the brownie overboard.

We visited the Red Lobster location in Gadsden recently and had exceptional service. It’s been a while since we’ve been due to poor service and food quality, but this visit was perfect! Tiffany was our server…ask for her!!! She was professional, super friendly and attentive! We didn’t have to ask for refills, had no complaints with our food quality, and she kept the biscuits coming!!! We will definitely be back and ask for her! Simply wonderful!!!

My husband took me to the Gadsden Red Lobster for Valentine’s Day. We went a day early for V-Day. The food was delicious! The service was phenomenal, Thank you Chyanna for the excellent service! Hope you have a nice day and hopefully someone will do something special for you. We love the biscuits best, but the rest is great too!

Jasmine was our server…she was busy but yet still stayed very attentive to our table! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu as well! The food came out fairly quickly and tasted good…we will definitely visit again!
