This place sucks at Pizza and Customer Service. I didn’t think it was standard to argue w/ a customer about their preference of a pizza they’re eating. I’ve been patient with the staff when I every reason not to! I was told by a manager months ago that when I select “extra sauce” while placing my order on the app I have to call into the store or place the order in person. Why? If employees don’t know how to read orders and follow instructions that’s not my problem. Many times I’ve received pizzas that was just cheese and dough and that’s why I have to request “extra sauce” just for a normal amount. It’s Awful. I was charged for extra toppings many times and NEVER receive it. One time they even dumped sauce on top of my pizza after it was already baked when I brought it to their attention they asked if I was satisfied. I was having a hard day that day so I left the store in tears instead of arguing. I’ll post a picture of that below! I’ve ordered from here out of convenience (in having to walk a few blocks away to reiterate my order verbally) but I’m not giving them my hard earned money any longer. They basically rob people of their money.

Poor quality pizza. The driver first went to the wrong hotel, then returned to deliver it to the correct one. When we opened the box, we found that the pizza had been reheated and was burnt black. We paid $33 plus tip for a disgusting, burnt pizza.Definitely not recommended this location.

My husband and I started ordering from here because we recently moved to the area, but we’re not going to anymore. The last two times we ordered, we got stomach aches. Maybe it’s because the female worker behind the counter took my husband’s cash payment, didn’t wash her hands or glove up, and immediately went to grab ingredients and make someone else’s pie. My husband was too appalled to say anything and just walked out. He tried calling later to complain, but the same female answered the phone and it turns out that she’s the store manager. According to my Domino’s app, her name is Isabel. Absolutely disgusting. You would think a manager knows better.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Originally they delievered a wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. They were happy to provide a new pizza again. All this was done very smoothly. I believe mistakes can happen and what’s important is how you handle it. In this sense, the restaurant did a great job.

Would give 0 stars if I could. COMPLETE waste of money. Over $18 for a small, gluten free pizza, and when requested extra onions, they gave me none. On top of it, took over an hour to get delivered and when I called to complain about my order, the young man on the phone bragged how he makes the pizzas in less than 5 minutes. Ohhhh trust me, it’s completely obvious you take no time to even bother to make the pizzas, let alone read the orders and special request.

The worst dominos EVER. They don’t have delivery and when they have takes hours to get the pizza. The pizza always comes cold and messy. I always pay for extra cheese and the pizza came with NOT CHEESE AT ALL, like you can see from the picture. And We I call the manager wants the pizza back to send me a new one. By far the worst dominos in NJ, they undercook the food constantly everytime I order, they never answer the phone, they constantly take over an hour and a half to deliver.
