Just horrible service. If you are picking up something from an online order, do not order from this Starbucks. It doesn’t matter how far ahead you order it they will wait on people that come in after you and the drive-thru and everything before they get to you. If you have food with your order, the food will be sitting there getting cold until they get around to making the drinks that go with it. Are foods that there for 15 minutes while we waited for the coffee drinks. We walked out

I come in pretty regularly everyone there is so nice but 2 weeks ago I left and there was a dead fly in my drink and now today there was a black hair in the bottom of my drink and this is not the first time there’s been a hair in my drink here. (I have blonde hair) so definitely wasn’t mine.

This is by far my favorite location in all of St Louis and especially St Charles county. It’s convenient for me especially because it’s right on my way to work but also it has a generous amount of space if you like to have a meeting with someone or just get some work done in a quiet place where no one bothers you. The service is always fast in the staff is always ready to help. If you’re a fan of Starbucks then I know this will be your favorite location as well. Highly recommend

Really busy, but the staff completely on it. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff did something other Starbucks don’t do, let us know when they began working on our order. Made the short wait seem even shorter, much appreciated.
